Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington

Online ordering just has too many flaws for this location. I am consistently disappointed with the quality and lack of attention to detail. I said last time I wasn’t going to order again but my family really wanted to try this $18 New York style pizza. What a disappointment! This pizza was no better than any other mediocre pizza on the Dominoes menu. We ordered two 14” and both pizzas were a bad construction of food with places missing cheese and one of the pizzas was in a box meant for a medium (as if they ran out of large). We waited about an hour for delivery, which is understandable during a rush, but I didn’t find out until the delivery driver arrived that they were sold out of the 2 liter bottle of Coca-Cola. We were told we would be refunded later. I was just wondering why they could call and ask if we wanted a different 2 liter? I guess online ordering doesn’t allow for that. We ordered the garlic twists and well and half of the 8 pieces were miniature compared to the rest. Total was $65.75 for 2 pizzas, garlic twists and lava cakes. Kind of ridiculous...

My wife and I ordered Dominoes last night on 4/25/25. The order #241 was a medium thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. Not only did the pizza come delivered over an hour late… it came in shambles spread all over the box as shown in the picture… if you look closely there was also white hair sprinkled all over it 🤮 I don’t know what happened here if it was made that way at their store or if the delivery guy spilled it all over his car and put it back in the box or what… but that was absolutely disgusting to see!!

I called the store and told them what happened and how the pizza came delivered. Told them there is no way we are eating this… Miguel said he’s the manager and can refund the purchase and apply a credit on the account for a future order. That’s great… but that still doesn’t explain what just happened and how this is acceptable? Maybe it was an off-night, maybe a disgruntled staff member? Whatever it was, it was atrocious! Won’t be eating Dominoes for a long time after that experience! 0...

I pacifically call this store to make sure they would put some Parmesan cheese and crushed peppers when I pick up my pizza because I did it online curbside pick up and when the employee brought out my pizza, I asked him nicely if those any cheese and crushed peppers in there. He said yes and I believe that is very wrong for Employee to lie to customers like that especially when I pacifically call the store to make sure that they would have that for me and when I called the store to ask him what happened and all the employees said was what can I do about that but what do you want me to do about that that is so unprofessional when I’m over here spending 25 $30 on pizza and they gonna treat...
