Dunkin' — Restaurant in Farmington

I write very few reviews but felt I should post something about my experience at my local DD (348 Colt Hwy, Farmington) yesterday. about 10:30am on a work break with my son, we ordered $10.12, got change for $20 and were told to pickup items at pickup area. regional manager was there, sitting near p/u area. resturant was busy and seemed short on help, we sat and waited... saw next customer p/u items, we asked about our order, regional manager asked for our receipt, we didn't get one from the cashier, the cashier of course said he had given us one since his manager was asking, manager asked us again where's our receipt suggesting we maybe hadn't paid?? we were looking at the cashier, getting worked up ourselves, when the prep person then came over with our sandwich and drink and somewhat upset, we sat and ate. the manager looking at us like we were criminals. I wanted his name so I offered my bus. card and asked for his, he refused, saying not co. policy? manager would not give his name. What manager doesn't have a business card and why wouldn't he offer it? what a creepy experience. long story short, make sure you get your receipt at this DD. This place is absolutely horrible, if you get there after 3pm. Morning and afternoon employees are great..I walk in on 4/13/25 at approximately 11:50am. The employee is sitting in the area where customers sit, watching something on her cell phone. She’s short, black curly hair, and was wearing all black. She doesn’t acknowledge me and eventually gets up and walks behind the counter. She never looked up and continued to watch a video on her phone while making coffee. This is not the first time this has happed. The owner should watch the video and fire her.. I’m sure OSHA would love to come in and see an employee serving hot coffee while being distracted by their cell...

The WORST service at a Dunkin ever. Multiple occasions made to wait 5 mins to be acknowledged in the store. Only 1 crew member there had her bsck turned looking in a food drawer the entire time. She never once said 'hi," or " I'm sorry I didn't see you, how can I help you?" There is no sense of urgency or friendly greeting. Then the order takes 10 mins. I used to work at Dunkin and this location needs additional staff and a manager on duty. going here rather than "Run" my day on Dunkin Dunkin made me late.
