Nardelli's Grinder Shoppe — Restaurant in Farmington

Stopped here for lunch after a crap day ( my wife popped her brand new tire ) i had just got off the road after changing it and figured wed try this out.. what a waste of money and time.. it seems to be a trend with nardelli locations, youre greeted, asked what you want and then 15 times after that the person asks you again... like are notepads that expensive to take orders? I dont want to repeat myself 100 times it isnt complicated to remember sandwich toppings.. even tho i held the guys hand the entire making of the sandwich he still F* it up and gave me tomato on both my subs when i never even said the word tomato, forgot the oil and vinegar and wrapped the sub then said ill put it on the side, asked for roasted peppers i got one fat tomato and a couple peppers... On a tuesday around 2 you should know people have places to be and things to do, i shouldnt have to add in worrying about one of your 20 staff messing up a basic sandwich.. then it was a kick in the pants that i paid a premium for my messed up lunch, at that point i was frustrated, tired and ready to leave so picked my food apart outside and hit the road unsatisfied and feeling robbed.. ill never go back to a nardellis again. Go to subway across the street, they never mess it up and...

Food is good, but the service can be a bit better. I had a similar experience as someone who commented here. The individual making my sandwich asked me 4 times what I wanted on it. I thought it was a joke. For all the people working behind the counter, it’s very inefficient.. The problem is, they don’t know how to work as a team. I blame this on the manager. He/She needs to teach them how to work as one team. The owner should have also made the place a bit bigger. The area where you eat is very small and if there is a line, people are standing inches from your table, while you are trying to eat. Other than that, the food is good and the place is clean. One other thing... Get there before noon, or you will be waiting in line for a long time. They are very busy...

A party of 6 stop by yesterday to get good it was our first time I must tell you it was near to closing I have a 92 year old woman with us they need something to eat but one of your worker going on like she don't understand what I was saying so a dark skin young come over and take care of us so while we were taking care of us the other girl have time to go out side and complain thto someone in a car that those black people come in and taking up there time and they want to leave , our driver park right there and hear all she say it was our first time coming to your place and it clear you guys don't want plack people to come inside there again we are so sorry that we spend over a hundred dollars and get that kind of treatment...
