On 8/26/2024 at approximately 6:30 p.m I, entered KFC farmville. There were 3 guest in the lobby, a couple (man & woman) waiting on an eat-in meal and a younger gentleman who appeared to be picking up for Door Dash. I asked the empoyee (young Caucasian female) about a meal deal I had seen on line. She then informed me that the deal was only available on line. I stepped away from the counter an sat down to complete my online order. The site was giving me issues. I asked to speak to the manager. However, once she approached the front counter, my phone refreshed and the order went through as completed. She, the manager pulls my order up on her screen. She says to me, "your pick up time is 7:00p.m. I look down at my phone which says 6:48p.m I then advise the manager that 7:00pm. was the closest time the site was allowing me to pick. However, since I was there and by this time the only customer in the store I couldn't understand why I could not retrieve the food. The manger then says "we'll it's not on the screen back there" gesturing the kitchen screen. I then say to her, "You can clearly see my order that is paid for, I'm here at the store and the food is right there, you giving me something that I've already gave you my money for should not be a problem. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She wanted to be argumentative stating she's been working for KFC for years and she knows how to do her job. I said to her that, that had absolutely noting to do with the issue at hand and asked her if she thought the way she was behaving was good customer service? She then walks back to the food area where the young Caucasian female is and there is a young African American female as well. At this time the manager is cursing while aggressively fixing my order and telling the two girls not to fix the order once it comes up on the screen. After arguing with me for 5 minutes then attempting to fix my order she comes back to the counter and tells me she is missing six of the pieces of chicken needed for my order, but she had some chicken down. I said ok "I guess I have no choice but to wait. I step over to the side where the drink machine was to wait as a customer who entered the store needed to order. Once he orders, I moved back to the counter and am now seeing the manager just dropping some chicken. I assume it was just another batch. At 7:04p.m I asked the younger African American female who is now at the counter how much longer on my order. She checks and tells me that the chicken has 15 more minutes. I tell the manager that I would like a refund. The mananger advise me that I had to get the refund online. I leave the store. I attempted to get the refund online but it kept telling me my order was ready. I'm assuming because the time that it should have been ready had already pass. Due to the fact that I was in the store I knew the order certainly was not ready. I called the 1(800) KFC number and received my refund. This entire situation was so very unacceptable. If the manager had spent the time preparing my order that she spent being combative she would have known sooner that she didn't even have what she needed for my order. The behavior she displayed in front of crew members, in my opinion was disgusting. KFC Farmville is now on my "last result list", meaning the only way I will spend another dime of my hard earned money there, is if every other restaurant in the area is closed, which is not likely to happen. Read moreThis has to be the absolute worst KFC. I have been many times and every single time it's the same drama with this place. I will start by saying the young man who is the Assistant Manager is very helpful and literally the only one working. Kudos to him. The bigger white female is an absolute waste of fresh air and has an abs horrible attitude. It took all I had to not make a scene. She kept plugging away on thebto-go mobile orders that they were done as soon as they popped up on the screen, they do this so corporate doesn't see that it's taking them way longer to finish meals. I know the tricks, been there done that. We waited about 10 minutes in the car and it popped up saying our tender meal was finished so we walked in. Nothing there but one other person waiting. That guy was waiting on sides. So the white female came up and rudely said "What y'all waiting for, like what is everybody name"? She spoke rudely and aggressive. We tried to say our name twice and she dismissed us and walked off. Then came back and said again straight to us "I axed what you waiting for"? I responded nicely we are waiting for a 12 piece tender meal. She replied "I axed your name". No ma'am you ASKED what are we waiting for! She got mad again and said "we waiting on tenders" and walked off. 45 minutes later the assistant manager shows up, a nice young man, who asked us again and we responded. He walked back, had words with her about other guests food as well and told her that is why you don't mark it done if it isn't done because now you cannot see what everyone is waiting for because the system thinks it was picked up. He said "the sides have been done and tenders are done as well 15 minutes ago, you just need to do the job and get them. She responded "It was like this yesterday too" in a ride manner. Well lady, I guess if every day you are working is an issue then YOU are the problem. We waited a total of 45 minutes for 12 tenders, Mac and cheese and some biscuits. Absolutely never will happen again. I refuse to go there ever again after that. One other guest said it's like this literally every day, but her kids like KFC so she deals with it. Luckily I don't have to deal with it and I will not deal with it. Be warned, your food will be cold and it will take too long. Read moreAs we went into the store, we stood there at the counter, waiting to be served for roughly fifteen minutes. A customer walked up to the window and started yelling at them that they had a customer standing at the register that needed to be helped (referring to me.) It took about twenty minutes to get my food, which I ordered the eight piece family meal with macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. They handed me my food, I went and sat down and the chicken was phenomenal. The mashed potatoes Didn't have any gravy, so I had to walk back up and wait 10 minutes to be noticed again just to ask for a cup of gravy and utensils to eat with. The mashed potatoes and gravy were piping, hot and delicious. I opened up the macaroni and cheese, and it was absolutely cold to the touch. It was as if they just took it out of the Refrigerator. The sad part was he told me it was an 8 minute wait, because they were making a fresh batch of macaroni and cheese. So I took it back up to the counter, and he said it was going to be about five minutes, and they were going to have another fresh batch. After waiting, he brought my macaroni and cheese out and it was still cold in the center, But the outside edges were hot as if he put it in a microwave. Between the poor customer service, dirty tables, and the cold macaroni and cheese, I really don't think I'll be coming back...
