Absolute terrible experience here today. Everything was going fine till checkout. The 2 cards we used got declined. Something was obviously wrong with the machine and the guy had the nerve to say we were broke thinking we didn't have the money even though we did and he was showed our bank account on the phone to prove it. So we went to the other location and the guy let them know in advance apparently because they knew why we were there when we walked in. We let know what went on at the other location so were able to pay for the food at the second location thankfully proving we did have the funds. Unfortunately they told us to go back to the 1st location and get the food already made the first time instead of making us fresh subs at the 2nd location. So we did because we wanted our money's worth considering it cost over 50 bucks for everything. Upon entry back to the 1st location we were able to get our food but like a coward the guy who claimed we didn't have the money took off to the back so he wouldn't have to face us out of embarrassment for being proved wrong. The lady working with him, I guess his wife, did apologize but he didn't of course. Dude should be ashamed of himself for lying and needs to get the card machine fixed. Read moreI went into Subway on December 2, 2017 their was a problem with their card machine and they ran my card about 3 to 4 times. I keep asking the young woman trying to check me out if my account was being charged all those times as she threw the receipts away and was told no. Finally my card went through and I took my sandwichs and went home. I checked my account on Sunday and sure enough I was charged twice for my purchase. After Church I went to my bank,had them print my information out and and my bank highlighted the double payment. I then went to Subway and finally spoke with the manager who was rude to me, showed me their information that they had which said only one receipt was issued. The owner was suppose to call me and I still haven't heard a word from them even though I have my bank statement showing that they got paid twice. Read moreI've had multiple bad experiences at this Subway but this time was the last time. Management, specifically, has very bad customer service. I went to go use the bathroom and the janitor offered me to use it even though he was about to clean it. I said "Thanks, I just need to wash my hands." This is where the manager or whoever cut in and said that I can't use it while he's cleaning and told the janitor to wall off the bathroom area with mop buckets. There was another time where they refused to let me sit and eat post pandemic. There were other instances as well, but it seems like whenever there is a manager present I have bad service.
