most times i go there, i get treated fairly well, dont have too many issues and the staff mostly seems fairly cordial, however this morning i took my boss and coworkers out for breakfast and we decided on jacks, upon getting there, we had a 20 minute wait to even be greeted and have our order taken, which is somewhat understandable due to the breakfast rush, what wasnt understandable was the manner in which one of their employees, breann, treated my employer when he looked at his order and it was wrong, he politely informed the young lady that it was wrong and told her what was wrong, she snatched the box from my employer and took it to the line cook huffing the whole time, whining about needing the eggs. when she returned with the box fixed, she tossed it at my employer and we promptly left, i had to return for my receipt which was not in the bag.
it is unfortunate that when i try to take someone out to eat here, that we are not treated as well as i normally am when going through the drive through. It truly seemed that the young lady at the front counter, breann, simply was fed up with her job, and knowing how some people can truly be unreasonable at times, i sympathize, but at no point were we being hostile, rude, or unreasonable, which is now why im leaving the review, i dont know if i'll be coming back and i know my...

I called to place an order to go, I was put on hold for over fifteen minutes, I hung up, and called again, my calls were rejected. Service is slow, it's not even worth the effort anymore.
