I’ve been to this location three times prior to this encounter and I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I went with my mother to get some dinner we ordered a 12 piece tailgate and a chicken sandwich we were told to pull up to the front to wait. About 10 minutes later the person I’m assuming to be the manager came out and said they had back to back eight piece meals and all they had left were 2 breasts and 9 wings but that more chicken was cooking and it would take about 15 minutes. Okay cool. We sat in our car for 50 minutes before pulling up through the drive thru again and asking for a refund. The young man working the window sounded shocked that we had still been waiting that long mind you over ten other vehicles during that time had all been served. When we got to the window and asked for the refund they then told us “oh we just got the order ready and we’re about to come out to you” and we informed them that no we want the refund we waited for over 50 minutes and were told it would take at least 15. The woman I’m assuming to be the manager explained they had “gotten busy and that they would refund us but we need to pull up to the front because she has a business to run and we are running up her time” those were her words. She refunded us cash even though we paid with card which is not my problem but as someone who has been an assistant manager and shift lead you do not ever tell a paying customer they are running up you time because you messed up, it doesn’t matter how busy you get if you have a customer that is still waiting for food and has already paid they need to be serviced before you service other people ordering 8-16 pc meals. If a customer is waiting longer than 25 minutes and you want to talk to them about how they’re running up your time in the drive thru line I suggest you don’t. But the fact that we waited for almost an hour and you have time to tell me that you got busy but couldn’t complete my order first is a problem because that should have been running up your time if my order isn’t complete and in my hand. Read moreI placed my order at 6:17pm for a 6:55pm pick up although I arrived at 630pm I didn't get my order until 7:22pm. #1 the restaurant has us pull up to curbside lot #1 and then came out 15-20 mins later stating that she had to take a photo of my email order since their printer didn't work and they couldn't give the order until they had a receipt. I let them take photo of my email. She went inside and 20mins later the manager came out who was highly unprofessional stating she had to take a photo of my order so they can pack my order. I informed her that the other young lady did this already and informed her she can take it again if needed. She then stated how long her shift was and stated to make sure to make sure we spoke all the blunts possible. I was highly offended I DO NOT SMOKE WEED! !!! About 10 mins after this someone from inside came out with my bag handed it to the manager and then manager handed it to me. Upon checking my bag I was missing 1 family size fry 1 family size Mac and a regular size cole slaw and my biscuits. I brought this to the drive thru window to which the woman said she did the order the right way. I walked back to the car to retrieve the bag to PROVE AND SHOW that food was missing to which she said she is not making anymore cole slaw and that she will sub it for a fry at this point I am fuming and settled for the fry settling for the fact that I did not get the half gallon lemonade but instead a tea. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life . Read moreFirst and last visit to the Bojangles on Cliffdale Rd, NC. What may have been a shift leader was so aggressive and unprofessional that I drove away with no food. At 5:25pm there was one wing and no thighs. I was told I would have to wait 9 min for wings for a drive thru order. The woman that stepped in front of the person I was asking about the food was so nasty and rude with her tone and mannerism. She informed me with a look on her face that made me lose my appetite that the cook did not come in. Well if she was in charge she could have cross trained the staff or put on an apron and stop holding up the drive thru with her filthy attitude. The woman was still asking me for a full payment when they were unable to even complete my order.
