They pretty much robbed me. I got a regular 5$ cravings box with a freeze, nachos instead of twists. They upcharged me for the nachos and a large freeze but gave me a small (of the wrong drink) and forgot the nachos. I went back to the drive thru and told them I was missing the nachos and that they overcharged me for a drink I didn't order or get. They gave me the nachos but lied to my face about the drink, said it was definitely a large and showed me the small cup which is for fountain drinks for comparison. I know it was a lie because I doordash and have picked up a large freeze several times. In retrospect they had a very manipulative attitude that said "hurry up and leave with whatever we give you because we're too busy to be inconvenienced by doing our job right" like the only thing that mattered was how fast they could throw food out the window with zero regard for accuracy or quality. The line was not long and the lobby was empty. The store on Owen drive similarly overcharged me for something I didn't order and didn't get, even after I said the order 3 times and they verbally confirmed what I said. They're intentionally robbing you, but if you call them out just make sure you've got EVERYTHING, because they will only do the bare minimum it takes to get you to leave. As long as they will get paid to hastily waste their time they couldn't care less. Foodwise... the taco had half an ounce of beef, and no sour cream like I asked for (and yes, they charged me for it). The chalupa was okay but would've been better without the taste of disappointment and...
Read moreNothing but kids work at this location. All they do is joke, gossip, talk on their phone, and don’t help customers. They say, “You gotta use the kiosk” then go back to gossiping about a fight that was had. Seriously. No professionalism whatsoever. After ordering and receiving our food on the inside, I asked for a cup of water for my husband as it wasn’t an option to order on the kiosk (back story: I’ve ordered cups of water numerous times through the drive thru and paid the fee). Well, the young (rude) chick making burritos yelled to the gentleman at the counter, “You gotta charge her for that”. In my head it’s no problem (hell, I got money). He moves to the register so I give him a one dollar bill but another girl told me, “You have to use the kiosk”. Okay. Well, again, there’s no option for it. The chick finally comes over to ring me up…. FOR A SODA! I explained, all I want is a small cup of water she said she has to charge me for a drink because they can’t ring me up at the kiosk. When I asked about my previous orders she said, “We do it in drive thru but not inside”. What sense does that make? I’m 50 years old, I don’t steal, nor do I drink soda. So, I simply purchase a bottle of water and they went back to gossiping. Not to mention, on a previous visit, they were grilling out behind the store. Unprofessional. Get it together people. I blame...
Read moreJust visited the drive through and got a 7 layer burrito and some cinnamon twist. The cinnamon twist taste like metal and chemicals mixes together. My throat started to burn. I turned around and went back. The manager asked if I wanted something else. I told her that she need to throw out the cinnamon twist and not to sell to anyone else that they were awful. I suggested she smelled them (yes they were very strong in smell). She threw them in the trash and said we already know. People complain all the time, it's our fryer. We need a new one and they (owners) will not get us a new one. So their is nothing we can do because they are aware.
My mouth dropped. So "they" rather be sued than to replace a fryer? Really, so now I'm home and I have a sore painful throat. I gargle 5 times with warm salty water and still no relief. I called there to get corporate number to complain but got no answer. I hope my throat feels better in the morning or I'm going to the urgent care. If I go there, I will be seeing an attorney afterwards. This is ridiculous to knowingly put people health in danger because you don't want to buy a fryer. Well that's your decision but you should not be selling that poison...
