Ruddest staff tonight.

So late week was here had a bad experience spoke to a Mrs. Jackie via phone and she said to bring my reciept back and to grt my order re done. Well back here tonight brought my reciept and the same manager is working well when the cashier tells her the situation in the back i can see her and HEAR her. Well she flat out says oh i remember her cause she said i wad rude and noone told her we were out of hushpuppies, first yes she is RUDE. Second noone told me no hush puppies. Vut while shes back there she goes well she's gonna have to wait 20 mins. This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We eat here a good bit but now i refuse to come to this location if this manager is working. I did raise my voice infront of the two young gorls working up front and the customers behind me heard me. Then the couple people behind me gets their food and shes still running her mouth! I have my husband and 3 month old son in the car waiting. If it was just me honeslty i wpuldnt mind waiting but knowing shes doing it on purpose is completely ridicilous. Its 2 days...

Worst "SERVICE" EVER ‼️‼️‼️ Terribly disappointed & dissatisfied. I dined here for the 1st time, last week. My engagement with the young man from Africa was so very pleasant. It was about 20 min before closing & yet in-still, I didn't feel rushed. He actually heard & was listening to my order, got it correct, the 1st time ! He was professional, had a great sense of humor & was pretty delightful all-around. So much so, that when I was contemplating eating out, I traveled nearly 25 min, to travel to this location. Not only was the cashier's demeanor disgraceful; the food was absolutely disgusting ‼️ Don't know how long this food was sitting out, it seems she lied too, saying that my order was cooked fresh. The fish & shrimp tasted like it had been "soaking" in oil for hours, it was under cooked & completely tasteless. Definitely the last time I make this choice. What a thorough waste of food & my $15. GARBAGE. The service here used to be okay, but this time around made it the last time i’ll be eating here. Mind you, they were not busy AT ALL. I was the only customer there the FIRST time I went through drive thru, along with the SECOND time, when I had to drive back because I ordered a 4pc fish meal, just to to have to turn around because they only gave me 2pcs of fish. Did not apologize for the inconvenience when I got there. They didn’t even give me a new order, instead had the 2 other pieces I needed waiting for me. So by the time I got home, my food from the first time around was not fresh or hot. One of the girls was leaning on the front counter on her phone while I was talking to I guess the “manager”? She was probably the one who made my order and got it wrong, because she wasn’t there to work, but instead on her phone. I went on a Friday around 2pm. Just awful. NEVER again.
