Gremlin Growlers serves craft beer and coffee, and is a nice place to meet people.
On a road trip to the Atlanta area, I typed Fayetteville into my GPS to check out the town where Pinewood Studios was built. The journey took me past wooded areas, sparsely featuring rancher style homes, and sprinkled with vast, well-kept estates.
Once the GPS welcomed me to Fayetteville, I looked around at any options for a drink, and Gremlin Growlers was closest. A quick walk from off-street parking and I was there - just remember to PUSH the correct door to enter, haha. That was a recurring problem with passing patrons.
Inside, they have a good choice of locally crafted beers to choose from (and by local, I mean brewers who are close by as well as several states away). Their standard for vendors: they can't be corporate, and they have to be small. I took a flight of various brews and each one was really good, so apparently there's another unspoken standard for quality.
Heather is a no-nonsense lady. Nice, but a bit serious. I asked her about the area when I ordered my flight, and she directed me to a gentleman standing behind me named Scott, who occasionally works as a handyman. He sat with me and gave me a college education on the area, its history, its growth, its celebrities, and much more. If you see Scott around, say hello! He is beyond kind, very well-connected, and happy to talk to old and new friends.
I also learned that Gremlin roasts their own coffee in-house, so I had to grab a cappuccino on the way out. It was fantastic.
Highly recommend this place for a delicious beer or coffee, and the friendly patrons that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever Again! Woke up Saturday morning with coffee and relaxation on my mind. Went for a cup of coffee at this location. Walked in and a lady...assuming the owner looked at me and kept roasting coffee. No hello! No acknowledgement! A gentleman then greeted me and assisted me with my selection. The lady then went to make the cortado that I ordered. While the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming. However the lady there made me feel unwelcomed almost like she was disturbed that I stopped in. As I sat and drink my shot, another customer walked in and he was greeted very warmly by both the man and women. Constant conversation smiles and laughter, what I was expecting from a neighborhood coffee shop. I can honestly say that being new to Fayetteville and hearing mixed reviews about the diversity in the area. This was a huge disappointment for me. I won't be back and it might not have an effect on their business. But I had to...

Not only do they offer an impressive variety of local and national craft beers, but they also have a knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always happy to make recommendations or answer questions.
The atmosphere of the dispensary is warm and welcoming, with clean and well-maintained taps and a cozy seating area that's perfect for enjoying a pint with friends. But what really sets Gremlin Growlers apart is their commitment to sustainability and community involvement. They source many of their ingredients locally, work with eco-friendly brewers, and regularly host events.
Overall, I highly recommend Gremlin Growlers to anyone looking for a top-notch beer experience. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a great place to relax with friends, this dispensary...
