Casey's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I love caseys, I use them where I can all over arkasas and rely on them to have the same standards across the board.. not this one, this is the most convenient one to me, however I've had so many issues that, it's time to say something. My first issue is the terrible doughy, not cut all the way pizza ordered, on the same ticket I ordered a 3 pack of cookies (the apple crisp ones?) What came was one peanut butter cookie. ( ordered through caseys)The next time, I went in to get a pizza i ordered, and was told my order was canceled because the kitchen staff walked out, so he was just there to close the kitchen, so i went to use the bathroom, I went in and there wasn't any toilet paper, I went up to the desk, where he ignored me for a min, till I said excuse me sir, your out of toilet paper, he said, ya well, we are closing in an hour, shrugged and went back to what he was doing. I just stared at him, I was at a loss for words, so I left and went to Walmart. Then today, I simply ordered a root beer and a 3 pack of cookies, through door dash, what came was my root beer and 1 cookie. This store is frequently dirty, and is out of stock of things alot and just doesn't have the customer service or standards at all. I haven't lost faith in caseys, and will continue to use others. However, it's lost my business as being the closest to me and most used. It seems like there is a lack of employee vs over worked employees. The only way to complain about an order is to call and jump through hoops. Not worth the hassle to do so. Please bring your attention to this station immediately. I usually don't complain as I understand there are bad days, but this...

Just pre-ordered a couple sandwiches from there over the phone. Asked for both to be toasted and neither was. Neither of the footlongs had the requested dressing (in fact, had no dressing at all.) Asked for - and paid for - a club and got a couple sad slices of roast beef. One of the sandwiches even had two different types of bread (no joke).

Went to pick them up, and it’s not as if the place was packed at 1:15 am. So being overwhelmed with orders can’t be used as an excuse. In fact, two of the guys were in the kitchen area and, after handing us our bags of sad-butt sandwiches, resumed laughing and grab-butting around to fill out their shift.

Wish we had checked our order before we left the store so we could’ve given ‘em back; sad that it’s come to that. Should be able to trust three adult males to make two complete, correct sandwiches among them. Won’t make that mistake again at Casey’s...

We ordered a pizza that was half-pepperoni and half-olives, and they put olives and pepperoni all over the entire pizza instead. The olive side was for vegetarian members of my family, and the pepperoni side was for someone who can't eat olives. So, the entire pizza is functionally worthless as it is now unavailable to anyone's dietary needs. This isn't the first time they messed up our pizza, either.

In addition to this, often when we arrive at Casey's the employees are wearing their mask improperly, with their noses hanging out. This makes Casey's a life-threatening health hazard in addition to a place that doesn't seem to care about giving customers what...
