I just left tonight so upset I had steam coming out my ears!!! My son and I walk in there were no customers and every was in the back. The young lady came out and asked us what we wanted ( rude!) Then we gave our order anyway she said ten minutes and walked away. We sat down at the table and decided we just would dine in. She only came back out after the phone rang ,I caught her and asked for ice water for us both, she said "No!" I quickly packed up and walked to where she was and asked for the manager she said he not here. I asked for who was in charge she say, " He not here." I asked for her name she said, " I don't want to give it to you and I dont care if they fire me , so what!" I was speechless for a second. I said," ma'am your service was very rude I just spent money in here for my second time and you wouldn't give me water that's rude. She said," so what" and walked away. I was fuming!!! Then as I stood there in shock she was in the back screaming at the top of her lungs in her native tongue! I left very upset and disrespected! I got to my sister told her what happened and she called them. The same lady said I remember your sister the last time she came in and she didn't tip me so I didn't service her table. I didn't tip her because for one I completely forgot because I paid with a card and I wanted to give her the five I had for her in my pocket but forgot because at the time we were leaving a family walked in asking for a specific table to be cleaned off to better fit their large family and she told them sit somewhere else I don't have time. So maybe that's why giving her the five slipped my mind from the shock of her very poor disgraceful customer service!!! I don't recommend anyone give this place service. Fayetteville needs to boycott this establishment immediately and I will be going further to put this in the paper and the news. This should be stopped!! I'm so upset right now. Very bad customer service and the guy (white guy) who takes the order is very racist. My mother and I went in to have our Sunday dinner. First off, we decided to eat inside, When we told the guy, he immediately had an attitude.. We asked the waiter (white guy) the different egg rolls they have because we don't like spring rolls. He said they have shrimp and chicken egg rolls. We ordered shrimp. So were looking at the menu to see what we want, he keeps coming back.. Rushing us.. So we ask a few questions about the entree content, he is vague.. "It has all vegetables " instead of explaining the entree.. So we order. Meanwhile he's befriending the white couple, and the white disabled man who comes in.. Never once ask us how are we doing.. Etc. We order water with lemon.. He comes back with water and we ask for the lemon, he says with a rushed, rude tone, they don't have any. We brings the spring rolls which is not what we ordere... we told him we wanted egg rolls. My mom orders a tea.. He bought a soda. So at this point.. Being rushed and the wrong food we decided to leave. Didn't touch or eat anything. We are told we have to pay for the food. I explained it's not what we ordered and we rather go elsewhere. He said he going to get the owner. She comes and I'm trying to explain why we're leaving, he's over talking me.. Being rude and she says we have to pay for the soda, because there is a straw in it. Which when he bought the soda out, it had a straw and we didn't even touch the glass because we saw the spring rolls and didn't want them. He tells her to call the police because we are leaving. This is absolutely the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to! We are visiting the area for little while and, because it is conveniently located in the same shopping center as an awesome thrift store, we decided to give it a try. YAY! We both ordered the Sesame Chicken for under $6.00 and it came with rice, a chicken wing, a spring roll and even a fortune cookie! For a mere $.70 you can order "crispy noodles" which you can lavish in their homemade Duck Sauce. OMG! To die for! Seriously, we love Chinese food and had a favorite we finally found in Houston when we lived in the area, but I think this has even that beat, which is saying a lot! The family owned and operated restaurant promises fast, friendly service and some of the best Chinese food you'll find. It sits in a strip mall but don't let that fool you.
