I came in to the Stockbridge Ga location for a create your plate on March 22 2021 around 8p. The man and woman in charge of dishing out food were extremely rude and unmannerly, the poor girl at the register was the only genuinely nice person and she was even annoyed with her co workers when she asked to replace a side for me. I ordered beef tips that night, they are usually tender but this night unfortunately they were overcooked, so overcooked that I hurt my tooth. I went back the following day on March 23, 2021 I spoke with the day time manager and she was very nice and took down my name for the night manager so I could come back in to have my food replaced. When I arrived around 7p that night the manager (different than one earlier in the day) was extremely rude and cold towards me and no apology was given. This location seems to LACK ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPRECIATION SADLY. I called corporate and spoke with a Lucinda who documented what happened to me and said she would call me back. This Restaurant is So Disappointing because the customer service is slow and The Worker Attitude Towards Customer Is Unprofessional. I am writing to give a review for your location in Union City Ga. First the young lady that was at the drive thru tonight need to be retrained!!! Very unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to customers!!! I never had this problem with the older ladies!!! Secondly, the rib tips and St Louis ribs are horrible!! The rib tips be so hard even after asking and being told they are tender I get home just to find out they are hard!!! I love your restaurant and never had a complaint until this one was out over near me and start eating there!!! Last but not least please if you gone advertise the rib tips make sure all your stores have tender and easy to chew rib tips...
