Nail Show — Local services in Fayetteville

I had gone here about 5-8 times since end of 2020. For the most part my experiences had been good. In July I went to get just a gel mani. I wanted a very very simple design and sh owed a picture, asked was it something the nail tech could for sure do, ect prior to even starting. My nails turned out horrible, upon paying I showed the owner and he agreed they were terrible. I didn’t make a sense, i paid, and even still tipped the lady. He told me come back the following day for a polish change free of charge. The Wednesday before Labor Day weekend the shop was very busy. I ended up having the owner (Lee) doing my nails. You could tell he was rushing because of the high volume of people needing service. Nonetheless my nails looked horrible and after nicely asking him to fix a very clearly crooked one he got an attitude. He filed my nail to the point it bled and told me not to tell him basically how to do my nails. I explained to him again I wasn’t trying to be problematic but I’m paying for a service. I even showed 2 other people in the shop and they both agreed on the crooked nail. He was very rude, unprofessional, and flat out wrong. I came in and was polite and asked if I needed a mask for covid. She said yes, I left and came right back in with one. I voiced which service I wanted and was told I had a twenty minute wait , and to wait in the car. I observed several people walk in after opening my eyes from a cat nap. No one else was waiting outside or in their car and the service I was told to wait for was being provided to someone else that came in after me. They have a mandatory sign saying no one is allowed to wait in the lobby and that wasn’t true. They’re lame. Then they put me in a busted pedicure chair and acted like she diddnt know how to fix the massage remote until I kept insisting on switching chairs If it was broken....

Guy that did my sns nails (not the owner) was very careless and did not listen. Obviously if I'm getting sns on my natural nails it's because I would like them to be healthy but he did not take that into consideration. He insisted on using the electric buffer and would not give me a complete manicure as I asked. My nails looked awful even with the new color bc it was very sloppy and all over my cuticles and on the tip of my finger. The women give very good pedicures however. I will never go back, I'll just pay the price at cleopatra nails...
