China Express — Restaurant in Fayetteville

PLEASE READ REVIEW!!! BUG IN FOOD!!! We ordered food tonight as we have multiple times from this place. We got home and started eating when I noticed a bug crawling in my food. Everyone was disgusted by then so I called the restaurant back. The lady then keeps telling me they can remake our food. I ask her is that all they can do. She then asks what would I like for her to do. I tell her clearly I would like our money back. She tells me to bring the food bag for a refund. I go back there to be yelled at by the so called owner of the restaurant. Accusing me of lying because they said it was where I just didn't like the food. Someone who has been to this restaurant multiple times since 2016 is not going to just drive all the way back to bring the food because they just didn't like the food. I have had food there where it wasn't that great but I kept the food anyways thinking it was just an off day. So please read reviews before going to this place. They are so unprofessional and won't get our business anymore. They wouldnt refund us because we didnt get a picture of the bug. Needless to say we drove 15 mins back for nothing. That was 56 dollars worth of food wasted. Hope this helps anyone...

This plave has definitely fell off , the wings taste old and the teriyaki chciken was not the same it was 3 years ago it was dried out and not juicy .The owneer in the front of restaurant, comment below me has a picture of her on there very rude and disrespectful like not sure why its got this way , i have had good food and great conversation with her below with her 3 level home but here lately its been horrible .Only reason mentioning home 3 levels because it shows and let ppl know at one time conversations were nice to every customer but now its horrible , still will go and give them another chance but it will take time for me to go back though.And aslo for a plate of wings and rice you say 3 hot sauce packs are the limi, Plesee stop being cheap owners. I understand the cost of things are on the rise and you choose to have a restaurant what customer asks for should be able to get , All the people who come in and dont want no sauce at all soy sauce, sweet sour and hot sauce it balances it self out , stop being like that.We the people help keep your business running and open and for you to make money .Just keep that in...

They were very nice about messing up my order 3 times. I had to go to the restaurant 3 times y’all.3!!!!!! By the time I got home for the third time I was thoroughly annoyed. And they gatekeep the sauce so I barely had enough. The food was good but overall experience was way too much to ever return. Again they were super friendly and apologetic but just check your food before you drive all the way home- I was dumb for not checking after the second trip I had too much faith. they seemed like they understood me confirmed and repeated what I said but still managed to get the order wrong over...
