this store is very disgusting. i just stopped working there a month or so ago, and its time to reveal the truth ! first of all, the food is almost always spoiled, if you ever got sick after eating subway, that why ! instead of preparing new food, i was told to keep the old food and mix it with the new, then just change the date label. also, this subway has a nasty mice problem. the owner of this subway ( mike kurdaski ) owns the subway by jackbritt and the on in hopemills ( off N. Mainsreet. NOT THE WALMART.BY THE T MOBILE) and all of his stores have mice ( i worked in all 3 ). there has been plenty of times where we served bread ( mostly the white flatbread) with mold on it !! we never wash the sauce bottles ( so that means old sauces from the day before, and crust from the sauce is in your sandwich).. we never wash the bread pans, which meas that we bake the bread you eat on dirty FILTHY pans. all of the employees that work at bingahm have sex with each other, IN THE STORE!!!! right in the back on top of the prep table ( the prep table is where we prep the food we are supposed to serve ) . employees never wash their hands. the manager ( Amy ) steals food, and money out of the register all the time. they are very racist as well.. if you are a black person who wants a job there or come into the store too late, they will refuse you and your service ! they will lie and say the register is down, and if you want a job they just will never call you. the store is honestly a disgusting establishment and needs to be shut down. they have mold all over the store. roaches, ect. the only reason they dont fail inspection is because they pay off the inspector ( keke)!! if i was you, i would never eat from those 3 locations.. they are all filthy ! have a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst, I had to speak upon walking in or there would have been NO interaction. There was an employee that appeared to be in training and what appeared to be a manager. The employee in training had no idea on how to make a BASIC SUB. I mean even if you were making a sandwich at home you know meat and cheese, etc. The basic layout. I had to ask her to change her gloves before making my sub. It was about 11ish and there was ONLY white sub bread ready. Itās lunch time!! Why was this not prepared!! The bread area was 75% EMPTY. I was left to train the employee on making my sub and another coworkerās sub. The trainee seemed to be of a calmer nature but you could see that she was intimidated by the managerās horrible disposition when she spoke to her and when I added some bacon to the coworkerās sub I had to tell her that the bacon was still raw and then she just dumped the bacon on the sub without spreading it out, just dumped it in the middle of the sub in a stack. I have never seen this before. Between the traineeās TOTAL LACK of basic sandwich making and the managerās eye rolling, unprofessional approach and nasty disposition I donāt know what was worse. Donāt waste your money here. We work hard for our money. Whether it was today or years ago, spend it where you are appreciated and respected. Happy New...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had an unexpectedly pleasant experience at my local Subway, thanks to an employee named Justin. Normally, Iāve found the service there to be somewhat lackluster, but Justin truly made a difference.
From the moment I walked in, Justin greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly "Hello." His positive energy was infectious, immediately improving my mood. Throughout the ordering process, he was attentive and patient, ensuring that every ingredient was added exactly as I wanted. His sandwich-making skills were impressive, and he clearly took pride in his work, crafting my sub with care and precision.
What stood out most was Justin's attention to detail and customer service. He engaged in light conversation, making the wait time feel much shorter. When I mentioned that I was in a bit of a hurry, he efficiently prepared my meal without compromising quality.
In a place where good service can sometimes be hit or miss, Justin's exceptional service was a breath of fresh air. He turned what is often a mundane experience into a highlight of my day. If every visit to Subway were like this, I'd be a much more frequent customer. Kudos to Justin for his outstanding dedication to customer...
