Dino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fayetteville

You know I love this pizzeria. I am from New York and I've been in Fayetteville for a year and I do not like to get pizza from the big pizzeria chain restaurants because they use too much bread and it doesn't have that authentic flavor. I'm used to spending $10 or less for a big pizza pie. I am a delivery driver and a rideshare driver and I have been all over the town and have yet to find a pizzeria that can meet my satisfaction until I found Dinos! The pizza tasted great. I loved it. I ate the whole pie by myself which is one of my guilty pleasures. I was so satisfied that I stopped back at the store to tell them how much I love the pizza. The people in there are great. For an extra large pie I only paid the $10 pickup price and I was so happy to be able to get the flavor that I like at a price that I like. They are in the area where they can charge much more if they want and I must say that the workers there were very polite and warm and friendly and I absolutely am going to go back and eat another whole pie to myself and make that my new thing. I usually have nothing, but great things to say about Dinos, but my experience today with the franchise was a little disturbing. I ordered a pizza over the phone, but upon pick-up, I viewed my receipt, to discovered that l had been charged forty-five cents for cheese packets. However, when l questioned the attendant for this charge, he arrogantly stated, "that I usually give the packets to the customers, but management stated otherwise; so I just do as I am told." There is a right and wrong way, to present anything, with a valid explanation, along with a proper tone. Eliminating any problems that may occur, verses the consumer feeling that they are victims of PROPAGANDA TECHNIQUES. I am a loyalist when it comes to good service and products, but I am not an advocate of nickel and diming techniques for momentary gain, especially when I helped you with food cost, by ordering my pizza with "very little sauce." That was the payment for those cheese packets. In summary, my hope is, that this feedback, will be a benefit to your organization regarding its customer service and...

Something is off about the sauce on the pizza. Taste old or spoiled. I keep giving them second chances because they deliver to our house. The cheese bread and Mariana was good. What the heck are they doing with the pizza. Sauce tasted fermented. I'm not surprised this will and is the last chance i gave them. I'll pay the extra to door dash. I already feel sick, my kids took a bite and wouldn't even eat it. They also got our order wrong. I keep asking myself how this place is still open. I need a better pizza place around please. I would really like to support local businesses, but I've given them chances after chances. I dislike leaving a bad review, but facts are facts. What happened to the old recipes? The pizza is not even edible.. my neighbors also agree and will not be giving them a second chance. I hate to be this way towards a small business thst I'd like to see do well....
