Tony is making the best BBQ in town! He has been running South Side for some time now, and when I saw beef ribs on his menu, I had to reach out. He answered the phone, was so gracious, and told me to pick up the order the next day. He smoked giant beef ribs all day for my family. They were phenomenal. Now, onto the food: the beef ribs were perfectly tender and packed with flavor, the pork and beans had the ideal balance of smokiness and sweetness, and the potato salad was creamy and delicious. The owner was also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend...
