Su's Subs & Oriental Food — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Used to love coming to Su’s but the owner (assumption) is disrespectful towards me everytime I come I really hope this has nothing to do with color even on the phone I was just stating that I would be there shortly and he hung up the phone on me and then when I got there I am the only customer and asked for a few more napkins since I had children in the car and he just decided to give me two napkins at a time and wouldn’t even look at me and pretty much slid my sandwich to me so I will try again one more time but I really hope that his attitude changes I even told him I hope you have a better day and TIPPED AS ALWAYS because that really upset me being that I come there all the time and I’m a very loyal And have plenty of friends and family that have been going there for years! A simple smile or you know at least making you feel welcome especially with your establishment doing so well over the years but again I go there for the subs so maybe I should get out of my feelings and again I hope you continue to have...

They have lost me as a customer!!! I have eaten at sues for over 15 years always had a great customer service with the elderly staff. BUT this time I ordered 2 subs and a LARGE sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour chicken has always been a staple and I love the pineapple sauce. We have always received a good amount of chicken in a large for the kids but this time. We only got 9 PIECES OF CHICKEN THE CONTAINER WAS ALL RICE. I called them and said I was very disappointed the gentleman told me prices are high and they cut back and there was nothing he could do. I ordered and roast beef with provolone sub sandwich, I specified salt, pepper, oregano, mayo it came with lettuce tomato onion, asked for banana peppers also. 1/2 sub sandwich, also ordered potstickers. $18.95. The bread was like chewing on a leather boot, it had no mayo, salt, pepper or oregano the roast beef was sliced very thick too thick for a sub sandwich!!!! 5 potstickers in the styrofoam container.
