Wow !!! I know everyone says this but seriously I don’t think I’ve ever wrote a bad review before, but honestly today’s experience left an awful taste in my mouth. I ordered my drink per usual then went to pick it up at the window via drive through. Everything was fine just waiting for my drink trying to make small talk with the cashier. Who wasnt very bright at all. He hands me my drink but before I grab it I kindly ask for more oat milk… I even said so when he was talking my order. I said you can charge me extra for it I don’t mind at all. Again all kind. In to which I received the snarkiest attitude from the employees. The barista said she was just gonna add more ice in to which I was confused like she was gonna trick me ? And then with an attitude again said that they’ll have to charge me for a latte if I want a little more milk, in to which I said that’s perfectly okay. Must I say I went to this exact location yesterday and ordered the exact drink, no problems arose and everyone was quite nice there. Nonetheless they actually put enough milk for a venti the first try. Anyways it’s just a shame that people talk down to customers especially those who try to be kind, safe to say I will travel a little farther for a different starbucks before I’ll ever return...
Read moreStarbucks' Dash Point outpost is a decent coffee shop that could use some improvements to maximize its potential.
The baristas who work here are generally friendly and get your order right. There are a variety of seating options available to patrons, including two large group tables, a center island with plush chairs, outward-facing bar stools, and individual tables. There is a decent amount of outlets available and the free WiFi reception is great. Both restrooms have been clean every time I've had to use them.
There are a number of negatives, however. This location isn't very large and has an awkward layout, so good seating can be difficult to find during peak hours. There is an outdoor patio, but it's small, somewhat dingy, and squeezed between a drive-thru lane and elevated floor-to-ceiling windows — not exactly someplace you'd like to spend time at. There is also no bike parking available onsite. The nearest rack is a good 3-minute walk away in this shopping center.
All-in-all, the food and service here are good, but the facility leaves more to be desired. Starbucks should consider razing this location and replacing it with a more modern building to meet the needs of this...
Read moreI will have to say that I was really pleased about the good customer service that I've been receiving there along with the other Starbucks in the Federal Way area they've all stepped up their game at least when I've gone in or through drive-thru The food and coffee have been hot The customer service is always polite I really enjoy to see the little writings on the cups at times a happy faces have a nice day All the positive things to be put on a cup I would say very much keep up the good work I know that you guys get a lot of traffic at times but just the attitude and the little things you do in the cups now and some things make a big difference in customer service.
I had 2 delete the last review and do it over combined a review for you guys at Starbucks and for apartment complex. That is not been providing the services that they've been promising. I'm sorry for the negativity towards the back end of your review. The employees that have worked at Starbucks have always been nothing but polite and given over a 110% customer service. Not just in the dealing with the people, but in how they handle and prepare their drinks and food. Sorry again for the inconvenience of...
