McDonald's — Restaurant in Fenton Charter Township

don’t come here unless you want to waist your time and money. this location is 100% the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to. it is very slow, they get my order wrong just about every time, they are rude, and it is just genuinely a disgusting environment. almost every time i go through the drive through, they make me pull forward and wait, sometimes longer than 30 minutes for a simple order, even when i’m the only person there. i have had to wait over 30 minutes just to not even get the fries i paid for and have to drive all the way back. you order no ice with a drink and they’ll give you extra, they’ll completely forget items, or just give you the wrong order entirely. i don’t think they’ve gotten any order of mine completely correct in months. most of the employees are rude to not only the customers, but also to each other. the one time i’ve actually gone inside to eat, there were other customers complaining about the terrible quality of their food and to my knowledge, were not given a refund. i know someone personally who has worked there and had to quit after just a week because of the way they were being treated by other employees. most of them don’t seem to care about the customers or the quality of the food given to them whatsoever. they are mainly teenagers who seem to enjoy messing around instead of doing their job. and from what i’ve learned after reading other reviews, this location has been this way for years and it doesn’t seem like anything is going to improve any time soon. just the other day i went through the drive through and they, for some reason, gave me an entire stack of napkins that reached the top of the bag, along with even more napkins under the food, put ice in my drink when i asked for none, gave me the wrong sauce, and to top it all off, there was a long brown/red hair in the bottom of my nugget box, which i didn’t even notice until after i had eaten them. i always come to this location because it’s closest to me, but it’s definitely worth the few extra minutes to go to another. the hair was my last straw. i am absolutely disgusted...

My wife went up to get dinner for the family upon returning home. She realized they had shorted us one big Mac and a fry being that I am the dad it was me that got no dinner? My wife called up told them about the mistake they said no problem Come on up we will take care of it. When I got my meal, it must’ve been sitting there since they forgot to bag it because it was cold and gross. I don’t need to tell you I’m sure you’ve had it done to you as well. When I asked to see the manager and I asked how I was going to be compensated for the 30 minutes of my time coming back to get food we had already paid for and should have received. She responded with we gave you the food. The manager didn’t seem to grasp the concept of having to drive back to get your food that you’ve already paid for, and refused to compensate me in any way, and she actually felt she was doing me a favor by compensating me and giving me the food I had already paid for, so not only did my meal suck, but I had to pay for it and take 30 minutes out of my day to go back and get it if I wanted to eat dinner. I try to explain it every which way I could and the manager just didn’t seem to understand that she cost me 30 minutes of my time she cost me my fuel and just kept responding with we don’t pay everyone’s gas money to come get food and acted like I was dumb and didn’t understand that driving there twice is on them not me I wanted to eat dinner the first time we went not the second time, and I sure didn’t want it cold in stale. The part that bothers me the most is there was two teenagers working there and observing everything and they now things the way their manager operates is acceptable. Just got back from this Mcdonalds 5-10 mins ago after waiting for 5-10 mins for our mobile order. We had ahead of time which when we got there wasn't ready and they weren't even to busy. Then they gave our order to another person who readily took it, the person delivering the food never even asked the other person just handed it off. Then to boot we had to wait another 10 mins to get our new order...

Comes back out 5 mins later to let my mom know, my mom is rightfully pissed I don't know how she handled it. When they brought our order the bag was half ass'd put together. Fries spilt everywhere and had to go back in for sauces, the person who brought us the order gave me a bad attitude and said in a rude tone "have a nice day". I will have a nice day and I'm not coming back here nor is my mom, even the manager who should have more customer service orientation treated me somewhat rudely as well.
