Went to eat at about 5pm on a Friday night. Walked in, hardly any customers there so we thought we would get fast service. Our waiter Connor came and gave us menus and took our drink orders.
The menus were stuck together. That’s a little gross but okay.
He comes back and we place our orders for two simple items. 15 wings with sauce and a Buffalo ranch chicken wrap with no tomatoes. Connor asks if fries are okay. I asked if I could sub Mac & cheese instead and he said they don’t sub Mac & cheese. Anything else on the side menu apparently but not Mac and cheese. Okay no biggie I ask for tater tots.
We didn’t order any appetizers. On the menu it specifies that chips and salsa come with the wrap I ordered. So several minutes go by and I see our waiter and ask if I’m supposed to be getting chips and salsa. He says “oh you ordered tater tots so that was a sub for the chips and salsa”. HE asked ME if I wanted fries. He didn’t tell me that was a substitution for the chips and salsa. I would have just taken the chips and salsa. I just wanted my food so I told him it was fine and to just leave the order as is.
Our food finally came after what seemed like a pretty long wait. I get it, the kitchen sometimes is slow, no worries. I check out my wrap and it has tomatoes because of course it does. Okay kitchens make mistakes, I’m not ALLERGIC to tomatoes I just don’t want them on a sandwich, so I pick them off. I take a few bites and there is definitely not Buffalo sauce either. Now I feel like asking how my super simple sandwich could get messed up. It literally consists of 6 ingredients. I told Connor about it and just asked for Buffalo sauce rather than a whole new sandwich. I told him I understand sometimes the kitchen messes up. The rest of the meal was uneventful. The food was middle of the road for quality. When we got our bill I noticed we didn’t get offered any kind of discount or anything for my meal even though it was definitely wrong. So we paid $35 for 15 chicken wings (which were fine) and a chicken wrap (which was prepared wrong) and tater tots (which I didn’t really want but was misled into thinking that they were in addition to the chips and salsa listed on the menu). I try to be an easy customer but I feel like this was a big failure on Buffalo Wild Wings part. Connor still got a $10 tip because I’m not a jerk but I most likely won’t visit this...
Read moreThis was the first time I had the pleasure to dine in a buffalo wild wings. It may have been good restaurant, but my service was really lacking today.. I was given a BRAAAAND NEW waitress. She told me it was her first day and that I was her very first table ever. It was my girlfriend, my brother and I. We got there when they weren't too busy. It was after lunchtime, before the dinner rush. We were seated very visable from many angles. We arrived and the reaction time of the new employee was quick to get our drinks we had two pops n a water. I also ordered a Disaronno Amaretto on the rocks. Then right at the same time, before walking away; she asked if we were ready to order or wanted any appetizers without asking if we had ever eaten there before or seeing if we needed help finding anything. We asked for a minute. She must've got lost; it was about 5-10 mins for the pops, then an additional 10 mins or so just to get the wrong drink. I ended up with what tasted like watered down seagrams 7. Then it was another 10 mins for the replacement. We asked for some of the food to come out seperate, but as you can imagine it all came out at the same time so some food got cold as we raced to scarfe down the appetizers. To top it all off, throughout all this time we've only been checked on like 3 maybe 4 times. All I have to say about this is they shouldn't have sent her out on the floor alone without being properly trained. She didn't even know the menu. I ordered the traditional and boneless combo. She said if I ordered a large I got 10 of each wing. When it finally came out there was only 6 of each. It took so long for the nachos to get out to us they were practically soggy already and it didn't have the grilled chicken I paid extra for. The wings didn't even come out with the celery. In my opinion, Between bad coordination in the kitchen and lack of menu knowledge/incomprehension of the menu with the new waitress it was a terrible trip that wasn't worth the $65 in food and $70 in gas. I won't be making a stop there again if I'm in town there. I'd rather go...
Read moreUnfortunately Google does not allow zero star reviews. I just had the worst dinner experience I think I have ever had outside of maybe a fast food restaurant. I am the easiest customer in the world to please. Just give me decent service, bring my food relatively quickly, make sure that my order is prepared the way that it is supposed to, and come back to my table as my drinks are starting to get low for refills and not only will I be happy, but I will tip 20% minimum. After a 40 minute wait, our food was brought out with my husband’s wings being cold, the burger that I ordered was so over cooked that it crumbled when I pulled the top bun off. The cheese on the top was melted, but the burger itself was cold. Which means it had been sitting for sometime. My husband was brought a new set of wings and I sent my burger back and requested to speak to a manager. I was offered a replacement meal of my choice at no cost. Our waitress only stopped at the table one more time just to make sure that my food was acceptable. I had to track her down when we were finished for the bill. Instead of just charging my husband for his food and my son’s, their two drinks, and my two beers our bill was so ridiculously itemized that it was not even funny. Essentially we had been charged for two orders of wings with only a five dollar discount. Which did not even cover the cost of his original order. $45 for garbage food and terrible service? I don’t think so. I took my bill up to the front after talking to a manager that still tried to itemize my bill instead of just giving me a new one. The manager was barely apologetic. So I ended up spending $33 on a hour and 45 minute experience with mediocre food at best and horrendous customer service. My husband and I used to come in to Buffalo wild wings and spend $100 on a Weekend night especially during hockey season. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. The food is terrible, the service is awful, and management does basically nothing to compensate for the awful service and...
