Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ferguson

I use to get pizza here on a regular basis. Our boys grew up expecting this pizza on weekends and sometimes during the week. After a period of time the taste declined and cleanliness was questionable. Eventually I quit going at all. There was no consistency in taste and the service was not the same. Fast forward a few weeks ago my husband brought home some pizza puffs (4) in a box. They were delicious. I enjoyed them so much we got them a second time. They were still pretty tasty and the price is right 3.99. good deal. We ordered a third time and that's when things changed. There was no sauce in our puffs. We got meat, cheese and bread. We called and told them there was no sauce. My husband took them back as instructed by the person on the phone. He was told that the amount of sauce was right. What sauce!! They didn't make it right. You guessed it. I will not be buying their pizza again. It is so disappointing when businesses do this kind of thing. I hope they realize you can't mistreat your customers. Tried to buy two orders of crazy bread with sauce. We were asked if we were paying cash or card?I presented my card and then I was told sorry they are only accepting cash. My friend asks the cashier can she break a $50? She says no. So we say we'll be right back so we can get a smaller bill. Upon returning, I watch the gentleman at the counter put two orders of crazy bread in a take out plastic bag. We order our two crazy breads again, and he tells me it'll take about 10 minutes since we want it fresh out the oven. After about seven minutes, I walk back in. I preceed to watch him grab the two crazy breads from when we walked in and start to hand it to me. I told him that those were the ones he originally put in the warmer when we walked in. He bold face lies to me and said that they weren't. So I take the bread reluctantly and get in the car and hand the bag to my friend. As expected, the bread was not fresh and hot! I was the only customer in the restaurant. I thought it would be quick. They said it would be 10 minutes or less. I heard them talking about my order saying that they never started my food. This was after standing and waiting 10 minutes. I asked them if that was true. They said yes & Id have to wait another 10 minutes. I told them I want a refund & my receipt. They acted as though they were shocked. I'm sure if I hadn't heard them talking they would've just let me stand there and wait for 20 minutes, for NO reason! Nobody wants to stand around forever, especially when there's no one else in line, you just came from work, your legs are killing you and you can barely stand up! I never got my refund!
