St. Louis Fish & Chicken Grill -FERGUSON — Restaurant in Ferguson

I drove all the way over there yesterday from St. Peters, MO to get their fish, wish is usually the BEST, but why was the fries & fish horrible!! It was so bad we couldn’t eat the fries nor fish due to its pungent smell!!! I spent almost $30 on some nasty food!!! After working my second job and was hungry only to be disappointed! I honestly feel like they gave me old fish & fries or the ladies food that was return due to the HARD non eatable fries she complained about and the young lady at the register was not happy with the return. It’s hard to believe they actually sold me the worst food I ever had in my 55 years. It was really disappointing to drive across town to get bad food!!!!!! We just threw it away because we couldn’t do anything else, and was still hungry. We said we would never go there again because we don’t ever want to be disappointed again! Lost a long time customer. Bad food & bad customer service equals $0.00. If you don’t want to take customers orders, then don’t be on the front line..period! If I could give them no star ⭐️ I could. Bad all around….HARD FISH & FRIES!!! If I had dentures they would have fallen out, I almost broke a teeth on the fries. You could tell they were old fries and they tried to reheat them!! WARNING ‼️ Please check your food before leaving out the door!!!! I don’t usually say anything but this was BAD……..St. Louis Fish & Chicken you got to do better for your customers, it’s about quality...

I have to give this location one star for horrible service. My boyfriend and I went there yesterday and placed our order a 7:24. I ordered a chicken philly and my boyfriend ordered 6 wings. We had no#25. There was a couple of people waiting already for their orders. Then a lot of people came in after us to placed orders. We were sitting right across from the counter. So not only everybody in the place got their food before us, but also all the people who came in for pick up orders. I got concerned when he yelled out no#28. When it got down to us and one other couple left. The guy called out no# 27. I yelled, "What about 25!" He said back what is 25. My boyfriend told him. Look like the guy grabbed some bags that been siting under the warmer. HOW LONG who knows. It was almost 8pm when we got our food. No apology. No type of complimentary soda or dessert offer for our inconvenience. The sad part to all this is my boyfriend wanted to go to New York Grill, but it was my bright ideal to come here. I was a bit skeptical about making a purchase because their parking lot is always empty. But I said let's chance it and upon placing order and waiting the customers started to arrive. It seems as though everyone placed their order and left, so that would explain the empty parking lot. Conversated with someone I knew from the local roller skating rink and order was completed in a timely manner, say 20 minutes. I ordered the catfish & wing platter, which was surprisingly tasteful, I liked the wings the best, (seasoned well) while the catfish seemed more like tilapia but overall the meal was satisfying and came with bread, fries, pickles and onions.
