Talk about terrible service and bad business! I’ve ordered from Fox’s like once a month for the past several years, but after what happened Saturday night, NEVER again!
I've had issues almost every time I’ve ordered from Fox’s, but Saturday was the breaking point for me.
I ordered a pizza and a salad at 5 pm. At 6:15, I still didn’t receive my food yet, so I called back and asked for the status. The kid said the delivery driver was on his way.
Finally, at 7, (45 mins later), the driver showed up to my house. As soon as I opened the door, he began to apologize. He said he was the only delivery driver working tonight. On a Saturday night?! Then he gave me my pizza and was getting ready to walk away, and I said, where’s my salad? He said… oh, you ordered a salad too? I said, yeah! It’s right there on my receipt. He said they didn’t put that in with your order (even though I paid for it per the receipt).
So, my food was 2 hours late, and when it finally arrived, one item from my order was missing.… awesome! Long story short, he goes back and gets my salad and brings it back. The delay and fumbling of my order wasn’t entirely his fault, so I didn’t give him too much of a hard time.
It was after I closed the door though and began eating my food that certain things dawned on me. For example… if he were the only driver working, why wouldn’t they have told me that when I called in to place my order, and explained that as a result, there might be a delay? I could only think of two reasons why:
A) the girl who answered the phone didn’t have the decency or common sense to say anything, or B) they didn’t tell me intentionally because they knew if they told me (and everyone else), they would lose a tremendous amount of business.
Needless to say, neither option is real commendable. To make matters worse, did the supervisor on duty call me to apologize for the 2 hour delay or for forgetting my salad? Nope! Not a word!!
So, the next time you don’t feel like cooking and are considering takeout or delivery, give your business to someone who will actually appreciate it—unlike the people running Fox’s!
All they hire are young kids who exhibit a complete lack of interest in being there, let alone providing good service and taking pride in their work, so I shouldn’t be surprised! As I mentioned above, every time I call in there, I have to deal with some sort of nonsense! Enough is enough!!
And don't even get me started on their prices! Outrageous!! Technology fee (to use a debit/credit card, delivery fee, etc.). And that's not even including the price of the food, a tip, etc. For a medium pizza and a salad my bill was $36! Go somewhere...
Read moreSecond time we have visited and every time our order is wrong, this time when we ordered, they failed to record the order of wedge fries, when our food came out, I asked if I was still getting my wedge fries I ordered, ten minutes later a red haired female came out and asked if we still wanted the fries, I stated yes I ordered them and she informed me that I did not.(it was the second item I ordered) she stated that we would need to pay for the fries, now remember this is ten minutes after our order was brought out to us she asked if we wanted it. She stated again that it wasn’t ordered and we informed her we didn’t want it at this point and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Horrible attitude by her, and poor work ethics but the other employees. And get this as we were in there, they forgot the order of the people who ordered before us and right when we were leaving, another woman came back in who was given the wrong order!! We will never be returning there again and I advise you that if you want your food and want it right, don’t go...
Read moreI’d give them zero stars if google would let me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt during my family’s first experience there when they served me frozen food. But this time we watched them mess up not only our order but another lady had to come back because they gave her a completely wrong sub. When we asked for the fries we ordered a young boy said yeah sorry about that. I’ll get them for ya. Then a mean red haired lady came over and was very unpleasant because the young boy never rang up our fries. We ordered them clear as day so that was not our problem. Instead of her offering to fix his mistake she treated us like we created this problem then walked away rolling her eyes. The customers who arrived before my family placed a to go order much small than ours. We received our order before them so they had to go to the counter and ask where their food was.
