McDonald's — Restaurant in Fermanagh Township

🤢🤮GO ELSEWHERE!!! Although I eventually got what I ordered, it took over 6 discussions to get what I ordered and everything was disgustingly cold. This was the absolute worst service ever experienced at a McDonald's! PLEASE! I REPEAT! Go somewhere else. I used the drive-through as my family and I were running behind schedule. We avoided going to other establishments thinking the usual McDonald's Drive through would be quick and efficient. It was 2:00 pm on a Sunday so it wasn't the lunch rush. Upon ordering at the drive through screen, the employee didn't seem to be paying attention. When I saw he did not get the order correct, I told him. He told me to pull up to the first window and take care of it there. I pulled up, told the employee at that window all of the things wrong with the order. I gave him my card and he read back the order and still had it wrong. I gave him my order again and had him read it back to me. He returned my card but never handed me a receipt. When I went to the pick up window, they handed me all the things from the original wrong order and claimed no changes were made to my order. Keeping my cool, I firmly explained what happened. A discussion was made between the two people at both windows and they then asked me to go to the 3rd window as they had to get the rest of my order ready. Once I got this food, I still did not get a fruit smoothie I had ordered. I jumped out of the car and had to walk inside. I saw them find the smoothie just sitting there. All this after waiting in a sizeable line for a Sunday at 2. Once again STAY CLEAR, DO NOT...

Wait in drive threw line was about 20 minutes from arrival to placing order. Then another 10 minutes. When arrived at second window after ordering a kids chicken nugget happy meal a double quarter pounder meal with a large strawberry milkshake, a quarter pounder meal with a large chocolate shake and a 2nd larger chocolate shake all for $31 and some change ! Was given a tray with shakes that were the consistency of milk. I asked for new ones and was told the machine isn't working right and they couldn't change the texture. MAYBE LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW IN ADVANCE. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. Had I ordered a cone would you have served me the same texture ! No why the ice cream would not have compiled on top of the cone the way that it should have very poor service disgusted should have got my money back or had been offered fresh ones instead was told they're all coming out that way I would have ordered Soda instead sad part I used to work at this McDonald's back in the day I no longer live in the area and it's the only reason why I went here. The milkshakes were clearly made way before my arrival at the window they should have waited. The only reason why ice cream melts so quick because that's what a milkshake is it's because it sat too long thanks for the milk guys greatly appreciate it but charged me for milkshakes you ought to be ashamed of...

Rude, slow, and screwed up order. Stopped here for take-out, wasn't even that busy, but took forever. Ordered 5 meals to-go and asked for condiment packets. Only gave us a couple. Asked for more since there were 5 of us and we each ordered a meal, but was told we had to pay for more condiments, which is ridiculous that each order can't get condiments unless they pay extra. Quickly checked our orders before walking out and realized they only gave us 2 fries, so had to go back and get the rest of our fries, which apparently was annoying thay we we asked for our missing food. We did see 5 sandwiches in the bags, so we left at that point. As we headed down the road and started divvying out the food, we realized we didn't get the right sandwiches. Of course the sandwiches that we ordered and paid for were higher price than what we actually were given instead. And we were already back on 322 and didn't want to have to turn around at the next exit to go back to correct our order (again). So we paid for food we didn't get, couldn't get condiments for the food we did get unless we wanted to pay extra, and our "quick" stop for "fast" food was neither...
