Okay so I had to wait several months to calm down before I wrote this review. Completely hands down worst service of my entire life. I've ate at several places and I've been around and I greatly urge you don't have anything to do with this place. I want to tell you a little story, so at first its going to seem a little odd, this is all over croutons, yeah croutons I know.. Okay so the wife had a craving for croutons I said "alright awesome we will order a salad with extra croutons and I'll get a pizza with some twisties for the rest of the family problem solved", NOPE!!!! So the wife having a particular craving for croutons she wasn't going to eat anything until she got them to put on her salad. Which I understand it's odd but that's the whole reason we placed this order, and I made it very clear when we placed the order we're simply looking for some croutons here hahaha. So we put the food on the counter and call them up they said "will send some out with the next delivery" okay cool we'll wait no big deal. 2 hours pass, call them again "hey can send those croutons we're still waiting here, food's getting cold". they said "yeah no problem I'll send them right out". NOTHING!!! This went on for 4 hours calling them back and them saying will send them right now. Then finally on the last call the manager speaks with me and says oh hey we don't have any croutons till next week. I'm sitting here thinking to myself is the manager of this Round Table taking me for an idiot? I haven't started several companies and I haven't become a successful man by being an idiot and being taken for a fool. I found this extremely disrespectful but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but I still had to see for myself. I drove down there and hey what is there a big pile of in the salad bar? CROUTONS! I said to the manager, what's this? she replied "there's not enough for you I have to keep them in the salad bar". The whole reason I placed this order, the reason I gave them a great tip, the reason I waited all night to eat the rest of my dinner, but she felt I didn't deserve the croutons I ordered. I'm sorry but this is just ridiculous to say the least, I was outraged. I will never eat at that Round Table again and I actually swore off Round Table all together for about 5 months after that. Not to mention I still drive past there sometimes and what do I always see out front? The manager sucking down as many cigarettes as she can right in front of the entrance. Wow thats appetizing, good image for the restaurant. I truly hope she gets what she puts out in life, dogpoop! The worst food, the worst service, and not only that but I got to say one of the worst people I've come in contact with. How you were made manager I have no idea. I know I'm just one person that only ordered from you guys three nights a week every week but I hope this review helps that Round Table lose as much business as possible so that maybe they'll get shut down or at least change the management and stop giving Round...

** Update After multiple issues with excess unmelted cheese I tried to order one with light cheese only to have the delivery arrive the same. After multiple incidents I finally decided to call only to be put on hold and hung up on after 9 minutes. After calling back I had to request a supervisor, the only reason this didn't drop to one star is because he handled the situation and got me a refund. The excuse is that cheese modifications from online orders don't show up, but I can almost guarantee if I ordered no cheese it would come right..... I guess I'll be sticking to the other options in town...
Read moreIn truth, I was not too impressed with this establishment initially. My initial dealings were at the front area where you place your order...and the fellow working at the cash register (B) really did not seem to be able to handle the basic responsibility of manning the register. He seemed like he really did not care to even be there...and apparently this was to be his last day working there...so he just did not give a hoot about customer service near as I could tell. Fortunately for me the Assistant Manager (D) AND one of the delivery drivers BOTH later came to my table and apologized for the crap attitude of the register attendant. So, other than that, I can't really complain too much...the pizza was greasy good, and the facility was nice enough, really....
