Guadalajara Grill — Restaurant in Fernley

my first (and last) experience with this place started as a phone call for a "to go" order. I ordered a chimichanga, with chicken (as opposed to shredded beef) with guacamole and NO sour cream. not super difficult and yet the lady asked me 3 times over the phone "extra sour cream and no guacamole?" I said it as slowly, and clearly as possible... "NO sour cream, YES guacamole" then once I entered the restaurant to pay she asks me again, "NO guacamole, yes sour cream" so AGAIN I corrected her. so I get home with my take out and I'm excited to eat when one cut into my chimichanga reveals RED "CHICKEN". LITERALLY. IT WAS RED, OR NOT EVEN...

This has to be the WORST Mexican food I have ever had !!! I'm a truck driver so I pass this place a lot so today I decided to stop in & get a carry out first they gave me enough food to feed a 8 year old I ordered a Steak Fajita meal that was $18.21 I tip the waitress before I got my food $5 dollars I wish that I had looked at my food before I gave it too her the Fajita was cooked in a red sauce that I have never seen before that told me it was something they are trying to hide...I'm from Detroit where we have or own MEXICAN Town & real MEXICANS maybe I'm just spoiled....But if you ever there don't...

I went there with a buddy of mine and we ordered a few wet burritos and a few big burritos, to start I told them no onion or cilantro on any of them, a couple bites in I taste the onion, bell pepper, carrot, peas, very weird but it was the type of rice they use. Giving one star because I stated no onion and they failed to mention they come in the rice as well. I threw away over half of the burrito after attempting to pull off all the onion and other items. I usually do not go out of my way to make a review but this place was not great. I would much rather continue going to the one...
