I placed a semi large phone order for a scheduled event. Ten minutes later I get a phone call and I am being informed that I need to go in to the store to place my order. I live in Ferris but at the far end and it would take me a while to get there. I had planned my order with enough time so it would be ready and warm for the event. After a back and forth with the manager, she agreed to start on my order.
My order was done correctly, but was not finished when I arrived, having to wait for it and making me late for the event.
I took a star off because Subway personnel took at least ten minutes to call me to inform me about having to go in instead. I understand that prank callers are creating problems by placing phony orders, but Subway shouldn't wait that long to call someone regarding issues...
