Mr. Twister — Restaurant in Findlay

Not the greats ice cream joint in town. They don't clearly state what kinds of soft serves flavors they have, nor do they clearly state what dips, toppings or condiments they have instock. There food is horrible and takes far to long subsequently pushing customers out in the main street(Trenton Ave.) The only thing that is certain is they carry ice cream.... If your interested in visiting this place, call first to see if they carry what your after!!! Saves everybody time lmao Edit. The owner seems to want to comment on here stating that my review is wrong. Do you really think that's the way you want to go. I am not mistaken, the reason your line is in the street multiple times a day is entirely YOU and your staffs fault... Not the result of people actually liking your place. YOUR CONVENIENT on a hot day, and you can pay rent way to go bub. Get off your high horse and except a bad review and use it to make you and your unintelligible staff that can't answer questions better, or don't. Your going to get my criticism in person next time your at MY convenience, and if your ego is as big as your keyboard my half a million followers will love you!!Maybe if you put up a normal sign clearly stating what you have you might get that line going alittle faster... your problem isnt you have a lot of shakes. Your problem is your advertisement it's archaic and causes you to push your customers onto a busy street BLOCKING TRAFFIC. Do you really think having your "full menu" conveniently placed in a spot that only the cars in front of your ordering windows directly can see is a good idea. or that huge "main" sign that your boasting about that only 1 maybe two cars can see fully at a time. And second off I'm going to check your annual earnings. Because it seems you are aware of the problem your store is cause blocking traffic. And your negligence to hire a minimum wage employee of yours to go out there and direct your customers to that conveniently places street right behind you is going to catch up to you......

Owner is EXTREMELY rude! Had to stop and pull into the parking lot due to an emergency. Shop was closed and there where no cars in the parking lot. Owner pulled in and came up to me and asked me "what I thought I was doing sitting here" and "who are you?" that I needed to leave immediately and was not allowed to be there and that he was the owner, i then told him I would leave and I was sorry and he said "yeah you can leave now" and proceeded to point at me to leave. I literally did nothing. All he had to do was politely ask me to leave and it would have been no problem whatsoever. This is the exact reason I moved from this town because of people like this. As a small business owner you should know better then to talk to customers or anyone in that manner. I'm not sure what the owners problem is but I sure hope he had a better day. Will definitely never spend a dollar here and will make sure to let everyone know of my experience....

I specifically asked if the dole whip vanilla was a subsititute of any kind and what was in it. The woman responded, "water" I paused. Smiled. And said, "but what is IN it?" She looked behind her as if she was double checking and said, "its just water" with a smile.

Well. I took a bite. Immediately taste COCONUT. I am allergic to coconut! I pull over my car and look up the ingredients your employees were too Bothered to check... And there is straight up coconut oil in it! LEARN WHAT IS ON YOUR MENU! Completely ridiculous. What kind of answer is "water"
