Subway — Restaurant in Findlay

went in and there was 3 employees working. the manager at the time did greet me and made an ok enviorment but was moving so fast it felt like i was unwelcomed at the time. i was the only customer in at the store and ordered two subs. both i requested to be toasted. i went to the sidewith all the veggies and in the matter of seconds both subs were in front of me ready to be made to my liking. which is very odd considering it usually takes 30 seconds or more to toast the subs. i moved on to selct the veggies me and my brother desired. i paid for his sub seperatly. i came up to my order which including a 5 dollar sub and a 2.50 cup of soup. when the girl at the register asked me for my cash i handed her a 10. it literally took 20-30 seconds ofr the girl to count my change because the register malfunctioned and she could not subtract 7.50 from a 10. i made it to work literally right across the street and when i bit into my sub it was absolutely cold, bread was soft and the meat had absolutely no flavor. the cup of soup i ordered for 2.50 had been filled halfway and was cold. i had a 2 minute trip here in a warm car. i call the store and the only thing i get back was were too busy to fix anything right now. i ask the girl to take my number and name so the manager can call later and she responded in a smart manner and proceeded to take my info. based on attitudes in the work place and the quality of the food i doubt i will recieve a phone call back and will never go to that store again. WOULD NOT...

Look at your video of my interaction or lack thereof with your employee this morning at about 830am 7.29.16. I am the one who walked out without ordering.

I will not be back. Your employee didn't greet me, acted as if I was an inconvenience, and was one of the most unfriendly employees I have ever seen. Taking your time stopping your task, washing hands without a word, and then looking away from your customer as you begrudgingly open the case, again without a word, isn't how you earn their businesses. It's how you LOSE IT. If she doesn't want to serve customers subs to start their day, she is in the wrong business and should have just stayed in bed. So long, Subway on VENTURA DR in Findlay, Ohio! My dollar goes to retailers that...

This is what you can expect if you come here. Extremely burnt, shriveled, misshapen herbs and cheese bread, didn't order any tomatoes because they were green and pale. The girl making my sandwich answered a personal phone call while making my sandwich, talking about baseball and whatever else, and didnt change her gloves after touching the phone...disgusting...This happened between 4-5:00 today. She was the only girl working that I could see. Not friendly...
