We furnished 2 complete houses with Mendy and Todd from HFF, during COVID no less, and we are thrilled with the outcome. One house was in Columbus, OH and one was 1700 miles from Findlay. Both Mendy & Todd are wonderful people, extremely professional and very easy to work with. HFF represents a wide variety of high quality brands. They offer very fair prices and do a great job working within your budget. Mendy has a wonderful eye for color and design and she will not disappoint. She is also very patient and generous with her time. Mendy and Todd delivered turnkey solutions for us, which is the only way to go when you are furnishing a home from scratch. Had we not gone that route, I'm sure we would still be trying to finish the jobs, and likely would not have the designer look we have today. While Mendy handles the design and all ordering, Todd handles all delivery and set-up, including hanging art/pictures. Of course Mendy is also present for the delivery and install, supervising the entire operation, placing all accessories and adding the finishing touches. We ordered lots furniture, rugs (large and small), lamps, art work, pictures, accessories and blinds and we are quite pleased with the quality of everything. Can't say enough good things about them! I've recently moved into a new house from a small apartment without much furniture. I had out of town guests visiting soon and had no sofa that would sit us all and did not have time to order and wait for shipment. Thankfully, at Hutchison you can buy off the showroom floor and they were able to deliver the next day! They have an electic selection of great looking pieces. I ended up getting two sofas and they both look amazing in my house. I liked that the staff wasn't pushy and didn't hover over me. I was able to wander and visualize at my own pace. Even though we've moved hundreds of miles away, we still come back to Hutchison's Fine Furniture. We've tried to find local comparable service and product, and while others try to be helpful, they can't match the service provide by Mendy Parker and her staff. In a two-hour appointment, we had our entire entertainment area furniture and furnishings picked out. We gave her our thoughts ahead of time and she had samples laid out ready for our review. It's like she read our minds! We loved everything. She didn't overwhelm us with choices, but still we felt it was something we chose rather than something thrust upon us.
