The waiter was very nice. He did a great job. He brings my overall rating up from one star to two stars.

The food and ambiance leave a lot of be desired.

The vegetables in my tandoori were cold, undercooked, sliced into unmanageably huge chunks, and slathered in vegetable oil. The dominant flavor of the dish was vegetable oil. The chicken was okay, but rather bland.

The portions were huge! My plate was enough for three people. I felt that they were compensating for quality by giving me quantity. I would rather receive a smaller amount of food, but of excellent quality.

They keep the door open between the entryway and the dining area, so that you're hit with a blast of frigid air every time someone enters the building. To compensate for this, they crank the temperature in the dining room. Why not just keep the door closed?

When I ordered my pick up from there website, the time said 25-30 minutes. I got there, and waited for an hour in the dining room with 6 other people waiting for our food. Apparently, they got slammed, but instead of changing their arrival time, they ignored it, and made people wait. My order came through twice on their computer, and they decided not to make either one! They knew I was there, and had located my order, but refused to make it. Then, one of the waiters said twice that it was ready. 15 minutes later, I got my food. I received no apologies whatsoever. I suggested that they change the arrival time when they get slammed, and the guy had no idea what I was talking about! These guys don't know how to run a restaurant! My family and I had dinner here, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys authentic Indian cuisine. Every dish is crafted to perfection, with a focus on quality and taste. The menu isn't overloaded with options, but what they do offer is exceptional. The only suggestion I have for the decision-makers is to add more vegetarian starters. Despite a busy weekend, the staff remembered to refill our glasses with hot water for the 2 specific glasses, not just warm water carelessly provided, but genuinely served well.
