Subway — Restaurant in Fitchburg

Up til now I have been pleased with this location. After my last visit though, I have a completely different opinion. I took my family here, so 4 foot long subs and drinks. When I went to pay the screen quickly flashed info about the app. before immediately switching to showing me my total. Out of habit I placed my card into the machine. As it was processing I told the employee I didn’t have the chance to enter my phone number. He tried to say I was no longer able to earn points cause I missed the opportunity to do so. When I questioned that, the employee next to him said that I would have a spot on my receipt to do so. I accepted that an employee was giving me accurate information, took my receipt, and moved on. Later that night when I tried to use my receipt I found that there is nowhere on there to enter your information. The employee gave me inaccurate information. When I called to speak to a manager, and relay my experience, she said the day was now closed, and essentially told me to bad. I give this location 1 star for...

I ordered online and went to pick up with my Son today ordered 3 meals only gave me 2cups so I asked for the 3rd one and lady in the front was soooo rude rolling her eyes on me and the store was empty she was just gossiping with the other female worker there too so when I asked for assistance she was upset and just responded to me “well can you just grab it yourself?” It’s there!!! Ordered my 2 sandwiches on the app 25 minutes before pick-up. After arriving 5 minutes after they were supposed to be ready.
