Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Flatwoods

This is by far the best Giovanni's I've ever been to, and I've about been to them all. The food is amazing, literally everything, and the employees/owners are the icing on the the cake. Honestly some of the sweetest, most kind, people I've ever met. Little side story...i had placed an order online but some things came up and It ended up taking me quite a bit longer than usual to get there to pick it up, and one of the owners actually called to make sure I was okay, and that nothing had happened on my way to get the order. He said that him and his mom were starting to get worried because I'm usually there right on time. I just thought that was the sweetest thing. Beyond that though, this place is 5 star all the way. My mom wanted Giovanni's for dinner. It's a little out of the budget for me because I usually get specials from chain restaurants (Sorry!). The staff wasn't very friendly, but you could tell they were working hard, & that kitchen was HOT! We got wings (7-8), a 16-inch 2 topping, & a large antipasto salad. It was almost $40! If it was just hubby & I, we probably would have just eaten there at the buffet because it's about $10 a person. The wings were TINY (compared to Buffalo Wild Wings or Roosters). I understand that yesterday was new years and things can get hectic. But I called and ordered 35 dollars worth of food at 9:54 last night only because it said online you were opened untill 11pm. If i was told when I ordered that you closed at 10 I wouldn't have ordered. At 10:05 I was called and asked if we were coming to pick up and I told them yes but it would take us about twenty min to get there. At 10:14 I was called again and told they were getting ready to lock up. I asked why when they close at 11. And was informed only then that it was 10.
