I usually call in my order but I recently discovered the app and have been ordering that way. There is no way to customize the Italian cheese bread on the app. So last time I called and told them that I had an online order but didnāt want seasoning on the Italian cheese bread. Order went smoothly. Tonight (11/20/24) I ordered again using my app, again no way to customize the order. I tried calling the store to tell them. I called 10 times. 10! No answer. None. Not even to ask me to hold or anything. Nothing. When I got to the store to pick up my order I expressed to the lady on the speaker (manager I assume but I hope not because she was rude when I pulled up saying she couldnāt hear me and called me rude lol ok) she heard me when I was expressing how I had called 10 times with no answer because she responded with āwe were busyā. Ok awesome. But you could have answered the phone and asked me to hang on a second instead of ignoring my 10 calls altogether. I understand places get busy. But there is a better way to handle all aspects of customer service including ones calling on the phone. I will probably find a different location or a whole other pizza place altogether. We just use this location because itās convenient and close to our house but at this point Iād rather have much better customer service than convenience and closeness. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCalled and placed my order like I always do. Usually it's a pretty big order, since it's for the whole family. My son goes to pick it up and the manager is going on about how she's not making anything until the person gets there and pays because it's ridiculous to order that much food. I work in the rest business and know that people make big orders and yes it is time consuming to do but it pays the company so they can pay YOU! Job security is what we call it when someone places an order... So they ask my son again what he was there for and he jokingly says probably the order your boss is complaining about. And it was so he had to pay for it BEFORE thru coyote even start to make it. So now he had to wait the whole 25 minutes for it to be made when it was supposed to be ready when he got there. We only ordered 5 pizzas, 2 orders of BBQ chicken and 4 orders of crazy bread. Usually they are always nice and we don't have any problems. We order weekly and it's always the same amount of pizza's When Andrew was there he always knew it was us and really was in top of everything. Lately it's just been one rude thing here and there but tonight was just over the top rudeness. Not even any type of apology for being rude or any attempt to explain why she was so upset about the whole order. This is will be our last time ordering...

But it seems like every time I get pizza on a regular day through the week š it's always burned, poorly cut, and the presentation isn't at its best. The only way to get a good pizza that's worth the money is to get it on a holiday where the pizza is fresh from it being super busy and not burnt from it sitting under the heat lamp or just sitting on a shelf for awhile waiting to be bought.
