Fleetwood Pizza — Restaurant in Fleetwood

I come from an Italian family, and was raised with the recipes of my great grandmother. I know what good Italian food tastes like. Everything I've had at this place so far has been really great. I usually get their calzone, but I've also had their pizza and lasagna as well. The lasagna comes with a salad and garlic bread. Their salad is GREEN, not pale and sickly looking like most places give. Their sauce is really freaking good. You can see the onion pieces and spices in the sauce. They use a really great mix of cheeses on their pizza and calzone, you can taste the Romano cheese mixed in with the mozzarella. In my experience, the people are very nice and welcoming.

As far as being overcharged goes, I'm pretty confident they haven't overcharged me. The other reviews made me paranoid, and I'd come home and double check everything on the menu, and not once did I come to find that they overcharged me. I have been coming to this place a couple times a month since May of this year, and was afraid to try it because of the reviews being all over the place. I'm glad I didn't let those reviews...

What a disaster. Ordered delivery for food at 6:34PM. House is 3.5 miles away. Wait until 7:50PM, no food. Call to check on order. Get disconnected while waiting on hold. Call back, person says the delivery person is having car problems. They never called to let us know, and also don't know where the food is. Got hung up on. Call back, person calling me "hunny" and repeatedly stating that the house is too far away and 10 minutes away is too far. Person continues to say "hunny" and would not allow a word in for reply. Demanded their name and the owners name, get hung up on. Call back, a different person answers who is being instructed by "hunny" speaker that the house is too far away, and the person is not allowed to give any names of person giving them instruction or the owners name. Get hung up on AGAIN. Tried calling back several times, all to be put on a hold line immediately, no answer or hung up. WHAT A disaster. Best part- they have delivered to the house multiple times..... NO FOOD, HANGRY to say the least. Horrible customer experience. Never again, and word of mouth will...

Tried this business for the first time, since Massimos in closed on Tuesdays and I had a friend over for a casual dinner. Placed order for delivery. Called an hour later after it hadn't yet been delivered. They asked for directions and said they would deliver in 15 mins. Order arrived. They didn't bring card reader, though they specify the ability to use card for delivery. Owner had me write down my card number which I was uncomfortable with. He then had they nerve to ask if I wanted to put a tip on the card. Fries were clearly just frozen fries heated up and soggy, and best of all upon eating my guest found a worm in her hoagie so we completely lost our appetites. Which also caused her to vomit in response. Called to tell them and was told the owner (who delivered our food) was out of the office and would call back as soon as possible. When he called he apologized and said he wouldn't charge the card, but didn't have much else to say. Simple to say we won't return and will only...
