Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Flemingsburg

we went to giovannis expecting to have a nice supper. the cashier was rude as we tried to make our order. mind you there was 7 of us. 3 adults and 4 kids. they brought out the adults food first instead of the kids we ate that was fine. my special needs child went to get ice cream which no one knew you had to pay for even the grandma and child who came i. right before we left didnt know. the waiter who took our plates said he would ring us up for the ice cream and before our fiend got the first to words of his sentence out the dude cut him off and said no we disnt pay he alrwady looked. I said we disnt know and he got all snoody and said well wouldnt yall have to pay for it. due to this my family will not be coming back there. i work in a publis setting and know all to well how people can be but there was no excuse to talk like that to 2 adults in...

Took the family here and the counter staff was very rude....acted liked we were an inconvenience 😕..the prices have increased... There were so many different smells from are the soda machine it made my head hurt makes me wonder what odor they are trying to cover up...a food establishment should smell like food..Also reading these reviews Trinity, Hannah, and Suzie all work at that restaurant and Dakota is an OWNER ...shameful when you have to start TOOTING your own horn to get your reviews up!!! High chair was filthy we let the little one...

I tried placing an order and waited 20 mins then went to pick it up. We only ordered 2 sandwiches, the girl said to my husband it wasnt even in the oven yet so he looks back in the kitchen and our food is just sitting on the table while she is out sweeping the floor!
