Bojangles — Restaurant in Fletcher

Went thru drive thru at 8:00am ordered breakfast meal.. no one was in drive thru. Female was not friendly. I got my biscuit bo rounds and drink .. I began to drive away . I went to grap a boround and it was soggy! I parked my car to check out my bag. All of the bo rounds were full of grease and soggy. Not brown and crispy. I opened my biscuit to see its condition. It looked ok. I decided to go in and get more bo rounds.i went in side and this lady ask if she could help. I showed her the bo rounds.. she said.. it depends on the bo rounds whether not they get brown and crispy! As she literally hollers for someone.. it was the same person that was at drive thru.. She comes over and says do you want me to refry them for you!!?? Or give you a refund?? She was such an ugly person! Really Refry them!! I said No just give me a refund on all of it.. she says do you have the drink? I said it’s in my car.. I can go get it. She said go get it, It was a medium cup of tea. I went got the tea. When I returned there was a man ordering food, she gave me cash before completing his order. She must have refunded as soon as I walked out to get the drink and had the cash waiting. I had my phone up and I took her picture so I could remember her face. She said don’t take my picture, it’s against my privacy. I said I can take anybody’s picture I want. She said, get out of the store and don’t come back. I said you can’t tell me that. She said yes I can and I will call the police if you come back. I said my children are the police . Both my sons work for law-enforcement . And I walked out. And I promise you, I will never return. Now I know why McDonald’s had cars wrapped around the building and no one at Bojangles. I know it’s hard to get people to work, but with people like that, your business...

The employees are not worth 4stars they're rude & seem mad at the customers because they work there. As far as doing their job right then they get 4 & half stars. The reastruaunts always clean inside & out, there condiments, napkins, etc. are always stocked , and their food is always cooked the correct way plus they actually toss the items that's time is up and replace it with fresh food. FYI The majority of fast food restaurants only replace the food when it's been out on display for too long whenever state come to do inspections and give out their sanitation grade. In fast food restaurants defense if they did the time thing like they're supposed to they would not make much money because the food cost would almost cause the reastruaunts to go under & I myself have reheated leftovers from certain fast food restaurants so don't think that poorly about that. Bojangles is not one of the fast food restaurants I was just talking about well...

The biscuits were good. The younger guy working behind the counter was sweet and though he was rushing around trying to take care of everyone and seemed a little stressed he managed to make our visit better. The cashier on the other hand, Patrice I'm talking about you, was very rude, and it seemed like taking our rather simple order was akin to picking up dog excrement. They were making fresh biscuits and she said she would bring them to us, 10 minutes later I walked up and asked the guy working behind the counter if we could go ahead and get our biscuits and he was kind enough to get us some fresh ones. 20 minutes later Patrice came out to check if she still needed to bring them to us.
