Aldo's Coney Island — Restaurant in Flint

I went through the Aldo's Coney Island drive thru, today, Saturday, June 14, 2025 around 1:50 pm. This coney island is a total joke. I ordered the All American Cheeseburger, (includes fries) for $10.59 out the door🚪. I can't believe the food bill asks for tip at the drive thru. Actually alot of restaurants ask for tip on the ticket bill. But my main issue is the long wait time to get my order. It was 22 minutes I wait. It wasn't even busy at all. No one in the drive thru ahead of me. And I noticed only two customer cars in the parking lot for "dine in". Unbelievable and unreal it took that long for only a cheeseburger and fries to be prepared. The cooks at Aldo's suck and are extremely slow 🐌 . I can see if they were busy but they were not. Now I see why that coney island is hardly ever busy 🤣. Since my order took so long, the manager should have offered me a free drink or something. Shocked that Aldo's is still open for business and not shutdown. I wonder how clean they keep it in the kitchen area and the dining 🍽 area. I read another customer review saying that restaurant is very dirty and not kept clean. Tables are not wiped clean according to another Google review. THESE RESTAURANTS and RESTAURANT OWNERS are definitely getting worse with customer service and cleanliness 😒. Do the workers even wash their hands after using the restroom? And the American Greed is at an all time high, not only in Michigan but all across the United States. I won't be going back there for the simple reason of the slowness of the service. The All American Cheeseburger and fries were not bad 🤪. But the cooks put some fries in the melted slice of cheese on the burger. Kind of messy. And when I got home the drive thru lady put all pepper packets, no salt packets in the take out bag. The fries were not salted and my salt shaker is empty at home. I really don't like to complain but what we pay as customers from these high prices for the dam food. I won't pay a visit and order any food ever again at Aldo's Coney Island. I suggest to others to do the same. I went to this Aldo's a year ago and ordered the ham & cheese omelette. It includes hash brown potatoes (gross) and a choice of toast. Anyway as I opened the stryrofoam container it stunk so bad like dirty socks. Totally turned my stomach. Can't get that smell out from my nose. What's up with that right? I never been back until today. Second time visiting there but never again at...

We stopped in because my roommates blood sugars were really low & they were conveniently right there. Big mistake! We walked in & was greeted by a guy with a dirty white t-shirt sitting down. As we sat down I couldn't slide on the seat because it was sticky. We sat down next to a table that wasn't clean & still dirty when we left & there wasn't any other customers. Our server was Terra, although she was extremely nice, she was wearing blue gloves. She may think she's protecting herself but in reality she's just spreading germs & it's a sign that her hands aren't washed regularly & we saw her digging in her purse with the same gloves. The food came out & learned that they were out of onion rings so he made them homemade which I thought was great that he did that until I took a bite. Grease came pouring out & the batter fell apart. The chicken strips looked like they had been run through a mill & they were extremely dry. Both onion rings & chicken strips had a really odd grease taste & that's a sign that the fryers aren't cleaned on a regular basis. My friend ordered Cinnamon French Toast & turkey patties. Ge said the French Toast was good but the turkey patties were bad, they had a strange taste. So I tasted it & immediately spit it out. It didn't taste right at all. Either they were old/spoiled or freezer burned. I don't how they're even in business & by them having no customers is a sign. They have a huge menu & for a place that's not busy, they're food isn't circulated out. I normally never write bad reviews but I felt that people really needed...

So I drove almost half an hour just to get food from this "great place" I ordered a weather omelet with rye toast and hash browns I was givin a soggy omelet and BURNT SCALLOP POTATOES NOT HASH BROWNS!! SO when I called I was told I was only going to be replaced the scallop potatoes and not my meal like it was SUPPOSED to be instead AMBER said she WASN'T going to do it even tho she knew it was wrong but that it was "HER JOB AND SHE DIDN'T WANNA GET INTO TROUBLE FOR DOING SOMETHING SHE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO" like how and I literally just spent $40 on food and I can't my order correct!! I've been sending ppl here I know from out of state because I've never had a problem with them or they food but after how I was just treated by AMBER!! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY MAKE SURE TO TELL ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN NOT TO SPEND THEIR MONEY HERE BECAUSE SHE AND APPARENTLY THIS ESTABLISHMENT DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PPL WHO SPEND THEIR MONEY THERE TO PAY THEIR BILLS!! I WILL MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO SPREAD THE WORD TO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE BECAUSE AMBER DON'T REALLY CARE AND SHE WORKS IN FAST FOOD WHICH IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE IS NOT...
