Banana Boat Ice Cream — Restaurant in Flint

I always come here with the kids and fur babies and well last time we were here they forgot to put bananas in my banana split, so they said they would take care of me next time I came up. Well went up to collect my free banana split and some pup cups and I feel some type of way about how small the pup cups were. Any other time the cup bottom is at least covered or full of ice cream but not this time. Even the lady that was infront of me pups cup was bigger and fuller. I asked why they were so small compared to the ones that were made just before mine and the reason was because "they are actually suppose to be small, just some people...

The last two times I got a banana split flurry and they didn't blend it good enough and this time I got a tropical Paradise which was supposed to come with bananas, coconut and pineapple and they didn't put no bananas in it. So then when I went back in and asked about the bananas she gave me an option of getting it redone or just getting a cup of bananas and I said just a cup of bananas would be fine because there was a long line and I didn't want to be a pain. How do you forget an ingredients that comes in the flurry lol. Anyways I'm done spending...

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star except for the fact that the staff were nice. The ice cream was the worst that I have ever had! I got strawberry cheesecake. There were no cheesecake chunks and the strawberry syrup tasted like chemicals. I also got lemon custard, which tasted like vanilla. It had absolute NO LEMON flavor. If this is what you all rate as a 4+ star ice cream store, I feel bad for Flint customers. Such poor quality ice cream that I would be embarrassed to serve it if I was the store owner. GO ANYWHERE...
