Burger King — Restaurant in Burton

I went through the drive through at 4024 Davison Rd in Burton MI tonight. I ordered 6 Whoppers with no mayo and 2 garden side salads. I got home only to find out that the whoppers were on regular hamburger buns and not on whopper buns. I had some very unhappy people to feed. I believe that I should have been given this information when I ordered so that I could choose to go to a different location or order something different. I called and spoke with an adult male. All he would do was promise to inform the staff that that needed to be done. He stated he just came into work and it wasn't his problem. There was no apology, no offer to refund my money, no opportunity to return the food, etc. I DID NOT pay Whoppers to get glorified hamburger sized sandwiches. I now have hungry people and will most likely have to now either cook dinner at this time of night or go to a different establishment to purchase more food at 7:30pm. Thanks so much for ruining my evening. If a restaurant does not have what a customer is ordering they are obligated to inform them of any substitutions before completing the order. I am never going back to that location again, and if necessary will post negative reviews everywhere possible so that nobody else gets ripped off. The only reason they are even getting the one star I gave them is because I can't post a review without picking at least one star... and that is...

Please save your money and not eat at this place. Burger King I would like you to know your location on davison rd in Burton Michigan is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Had to turn around twice because your employees forgot a drink along with 3 items on our order.. and we still didn’t get an order of fries. Just decided to take the loss on that. On top of that all of my food is COLD there is nothing even the slightest bit warm about this food. I called to talk to the manager about this and I get told to bring my food up there and I’ll get a refund. I explained that kids are already eating and I’m not going to stop them to bring it back up there when it should’ve been right from the beginning. I’m not looking for a refund, I’m looking for right food and it to be warm. I really don’t think that’s too much to ask for. So during this conversation with your manager she decides to do nothing about my dissatisfaction, and HANGS UP ON ME!!! Absolutely disgusted with your restaurant and employees and refuse to go back. Hire better people, the ones you have...

Took my autistic child here so he could play on the play area we have had no problems until now He was kicked out because some parents didnt like him being in side of the play area next to their children. My son is taller than the other kids but nobody has ever had a problem with him playing with other children they all enjoyed him playing with their children but 1 family complains and he is kicked out we were told their is a weight restriction on the play place But their was only 4 kids on the play place when he started playing. before my son played on the equipment their was 11 kids playing so where was the weight restriction before my son entered the play place?? Or was it because a family felt discussed to have my autistic child next to theirs and head management felt necessary to kick my son out so they could make the family with the " PERFECT " children happy.

i will not be going back to BURGER KING untill we get an adequate apology from the Head Management of this restaurant and ALL children to be treated equally...
