Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Flint

Worst service ever. The last dozen times my wife and I ordered they always mess it up and are always slow at making it. I always order well done bread sticks and never get them well done when I order from this location. Just now I made sure to specify well well WELL done on the phone. Was told 10-15 min. I got there 20 min later only to stand in line for 30 min just to get to the window to pay. They were busy so I'm trying to be patient. I asked if I could get a few marinara with my well well well done breadsticks for my wait. They said no it would have to be a separate order for $1.06. I say ok whatever and pay. Stand waiting another 15 min (it's been over an hour at this point) just for an antipasto salad with Italian and a well well well done breadstick with a marinara. The girl finally puts a salad and breadstick in a bag and says there. I said you forgot my dressing fork and napkins. She arrogantly threw them into the bag and said "there" again. I said you still forgot my marinara that you charged me for... she tossed it in and said have a good day (it's evening at this point but whatever) and i grab my bag and go home. I find my "salad" is just lettuce cheese and onion and my breadsticks are doughy just the way I didn't want them hence the several loudly spoken times both on the phone and in person stating well well well done. I just went back and got my money back (which took another 20 min) and will never go back to this location and will recommend no one else do either. I tried being understanding on the wait because they were busy this time but there has been times when they weren't busy and people were standing around while others did prep work yet i sat in the lobby for 15 min after ordering on the phone. This place is just terrible. I literally drove 20 min away to clio to get my salad and breadsticks done right....

The gentleman up front doing cash register is very rude. He never greets you, tells you have a good day. He’s rude to everyone. I placed a door dash and even called up letting them know their website wouldn’t let me make a special note asking for cherry Pepsi the gentleman that answered said “he got me” and my driver said the gentleman up front was very rude and standoffish and just shoved my food to him.

Update 12/16/22 Spoke with Jeremy the supervisor to let him know the website didn’t give me the option for a special request and he was very rude to me told me I never placed an order asked if he’d like my reference order number and he told me that wasn’t going to do anything.

I’ve worked in a fast food I get it can be overwhelming but there’s absolutely no reason to be disrespectful and rude especially if you’re the supervisor. I’d rather travel out of my way to get my food than to ever support them again.

Usually this place is not that bad but tonight I came in and I walked to the window and it was a girl that walked up from the back, didn’t greet me and just stood at the register and stared at me. She seemed irritated that I was there. I ordered a hot and ready and with an irritated voice she said “it’s going to be a 25 minute wait”. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes because it insures my pizza will be hot but 25 minutes is ridiculous for something that should already be done.
