Taco Bell — Restaurant in Flint

I dont even agree with the one star.I ordered through the drive through. On January 1st, 2024 at approximately 10:03:45pm I had arrived at Taco Bell here in Flint, Mi on Corunna rd.Upon my arrival to order. I approached the drive thru menu and ordered my food. As I finished my order. I drove around to the window when I approached the window your cashier Taylor T opens it with a very aggressive attitude and rudely told me don’t drive around to the window until I tell you to!! Im writing for a few reasons. I believe in treating people with respect, courtesy and kindness. And today none of those characteristics were shown from your cashier. And I believe that no cashier or any restaurant employee should EVER feel so comfortable in such a way. That customers are uncomfortable coming to your establishment. I’m truly concerned at how what type of environment is she creating for her peers and store employees? Most important the safety of the employees.Taylor T’s behavior or action could have went a lot different had I not decided to be calm about this situation. She doesn’t know who is going through what or what type of mental state people are in. Taylor T needs to have a little decency and decorum. Who assumes they’re supposed to just sit and wait at the intercom? How is that the norm? There was not one other customer!! She wasn’t backed up!! She wasn’t rushing!! So why would anyone wait at the intercom? I’ve never even been told to wait at an intercom expect once and that’s because the drive through...

I give this a 2 star and I will explain why... first off I have been here quite a few times ,especially the drive through..the wait times can be high .. which is normal ..considering they are the only TB around for a while .. the food was good and all was accounted for... BUT I decided to try and order through grubhub once ..and I will just say ..worst experience EVER! The driver who received my order when to claim my food and they refused to give him my order ! He called me quickly and explained the whole ordeal . That he wasnt wearing a grubhub shirt and the manager that just got on shift wouldn't give him my order although he had already been there 6 times previous with a different t manager on shift and had no issues. I quickly called the location and the night manager was extremely RUDE !!! I dont even understand how she even has her job with the way she spoke to me on the phone!!! Not professional and down right disrespectful attitude !!! Needless to say this man felt horrible that my food wouldn't be delivered and yadda yada had to request a refund and whatever .. I just think the way the night manager handled the situations is horrible and she should be reprimanded for her practices ! I've also been in the drive through before at night when a random person walked up to my window begging for money ! That was super creepy and freaked me out! Perhaps get some better lighting in the drive through so they aren't so easily able to sneak through the shadows and show up...

I used the taco bell app for my first time today,April 11,2022 and I customized my grandson's Party Pack taco Supreme's,and upon getting to the Taco Bell on Corunna Road,I told the clerk that I had pre-ordered,she said hold on and forgot I was waiting on her. I told her you told me to wait,she forgot I was there. Upon getting to the checkout to pickup my paid order,it was the customized like I ordered. I did have a problem with the app,it didn't want to order the amount that I ordered,it wanted to order 2 if everything. Sometimes when restaurants offer something free,it's not worth the headache I'm learning,so I asked the cashier was there any lettuce on it,she said it was. I told her on my phone's summary I said no lettuce which is what I ordered but the receipt didn't say that and my phone wouldn't pull up any preorders but the lady manager had an attitude but she had me pull out and park to fix our order,which I thanked her. I told her I was uninstalling the app since it's orders what it wants,not what I ordered,even thou I'm the one paying for it. She said it was fine that I uninstalled the app,she did have a smart mouth,no respect to me at all. But I thanked her...
