I can't believe how bad this location is. That cashier is so freaking rude. And how do you mess up a bagel egg and cheese with sauce. I said a number eight without bacon about 10 times and they mess up my order three times. Like seriously how hard is it? And then get mad at me because you keep screwing up. It's not my fault you don't want to listen to someone who's white. It's obvious that they're racist. I've had slow service at this location before but I've never had this issue at any McDonald's I've ever been to. There is only two nice workers in that whole place and I don't know their names but one I think is the janitor and the other is a food runner with the pink ear muffs. But that other cashier was rude and I wasn't even in there yelling at her all I said was I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with no bacon and then you did it twice actually first there was steak and onions on the first one. Now I know people like that but I don't. I don't like me on my ex sandwiches. And I said it twice to her the second time no bacon and she wants to give me an attitude I did say a number eight but I also said no bacon. you need to fire this cashier I don't know how she still has a job I understand people have bad days I'm having a bad day but I know for a fact I said no bacon because it's the only thing I get from McDonald's. I was going to ask for a manager but knowing her she probably wouldn't even let me speak to one they're attitude. I will be calling later and filing a formal complaint and if I do not get any help because it's McDonald's wants to be rude and obnoxious then I will be calling corporate. Call me a Karen I don't care. I'm having a horrible morning too and I have to drive 2 hours out for work and I just wanted a sandwich. Read moreApparently they have no standards on the food they hand you out the window. I've worked at a McDonalds before, and i've worked in grill. I never, ever, would let food be served to anyone like this McDonalds does! My first bad experience was two weeks prior to this one. They served me old, dry mcdoubles and a filet o fish that tasted awful! Took one bite and spit it out! The meat was dry, there was barely any ketchup or mustard. We all know what fresh food tastes like, and this had been sitting for awhile! The filet o fish was dry as well, I'm very sure that the filet was old, and the bun was not steamed.
So I stopped ordering dinner foods from them. I've previously ordered breakfast from them, and I havent had anything to complain about, just un-fresh hash browns before this. Typically I'll order either sausage burritos, a sausage and cheese mcgriddle, orange juice, and almost always a hashbrown. Today I ordered two sausage burritos and a hashbrown. The sausage burritos were soggy, old, the cheese was discolored, and the "sausage" was so dry and crispy looking I'm still questioning if it might've been hamburger. As I unwrapped the first sausage burrito, I could feel it terribly sticking to the wrapper and then it started ripping, I seen the "cheese and egg" inside, it was dark yellow nearly an orange color. It kind of looked like they tried making a spicy hamburger wrap. This was nothing of the quality I've previously had from them. After seeing this burrito, I unfolded the next, again it was sticking to the wrapper and was soggy. I ripped it a little and noticed the same discoloration and nastiness inside. I'm done!
I will never, ever, eat here again! Sure, thanks for the "fast" service, but that's only because you hand customers garbage out the window! I am absolutely disgusted with them, and I will never recommend this McDonald's to anyone I know.

I have had three separate orders prepared incorrectly, and my most recent visit was particularly frustrating due to the unprofessional and offensive behavior of one of your employees.
Here are the issues I encountered: Incorrect Orders • Earlier this week, I ordered a McGriddle with no egg, but it was prepared incorrectly. • On another visit, I ordered a black coffee, but it was served with cream. • Today, I received the completely wrong order altogether. Unacceptable Employee Conduct • The blonde employee with short hair was extremely rude when I brought the mistake to her attention. • Instead of correcting the issue professionally, she made inappropriate remarks and even questioned my mental state as if implying I had an illness.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the blatant disrespect I encountered. I expect McDonald’s to uphold better standards when it comes to both order accuracy and customer service.
