Culver’s — Restaurant in Florence

Check your bags for complete order.... Outside of the friendly service, I don't understand why they have such a high rating. I have been wanting to try it purely based on looks and curiosity. Its not often that I am out this way when we don't already have dinner plans but this time I was running too late to cook. I ordered a kids chicken meal, 2 burgers 2 sides and a shake. I was given 2 bags and messed up by assuming everything was in there. I was home across the river before I knew we were short a burger. It was too late and too far for us to drive back to get it so they said they will send a coupon in the mail. Which is fine but really doesn't make up that I needed to come up with an extra dinner-plus - based on the satisfaction of what we ate vs the cost (averaged 10 per person), I really don't see that being a go to place for our family but maybe we will try something else at some point. The shake tasted like McDonald's shake (like ice cream that has melted too long)- the onion rings were good, the fries not great, out daughter enjoyed her chicken, the burger - not bad but nothing that would make us want to eat there again.... However, the service was super friendly and the 3 employees that we encountered were smiling and willing to help. They asked about condiments needed and gave napkins without us having to ask (which is not the case everywhere). I would say the business has to be doing something right based on the attitude of those that provided service alone but food (in general all fast food) is too expensive these days to, not only - not get a completed order, but also not be all that good. If we do go back, I'll have to look over the reviews s 1st to see what everyone is...

This place was five stars when it first opened but over the last year or so not so much. They forgot to put cheese on my burger and when I took it back to the counter , they were going to hand me a piece of cold cheese to put on it. I told them I would just eat it like it was, didn't want cheese on my burger not melted. I told the lady that tried to hand me the cheese the burger wasn't good without cheese as I was leaving and all she said was oh sorry. I've gone out of my way to get custard.l there looking at their website to see what the flavor of the day was only to find the florence store was doing something different that day. I used to go by a lot and get the flavor of the day custard but they suck at making it. Usually it's not made the way it's suppose to be. 2 different times was so bad I reached out to the company and never heard anything from them. Poor customer service like that will lose my business in a heartbeat. I used to be a loyal customer who would recommend culvers to...

This place is one of our go to places it's close to home and amazing food we have tried alot of things from cod fish sandwich burgers pretzel bites cheese curds shrimp chicken tenders about every flavor of the scoops of ice cream onion rings I'm serious everything we have ate has been amazing we had one mishap we're the top of a bun wasn't on a fish sandwich and we called and they immediately fixed the issue I highly highly recommend this place the staff is always sweet and never rude and extremely respectful to me my husband and children we are an extremely large family and alot of places get kinda rude and get a little smart and say anything else with an attitude I've never experienced that at this place at all and I love that when I order it's for 6 people or more so it's definitely a long order so I highly recommend giving this place a shot at least once you will not regret it I promise and if any of the staff read this y'all are amazing and extremely respectful...
