If I could give 0 stars , I would. I went in yesterday and ordered a large Carmel frappe , 1 hashbrown , 1 sausage Mcmuffin and a order of pancakes. 30 minutes later , after expressing some concern I was finally give my food... but they did not hand me my ccoffee. I asked where the frappe was and the young blonde headed manager states they do not have frappes right now. At this point I could not contain my frustration as I had just waited 30 mins to be told I will not be giving me my frappe. I explained how frustrating this all was. The kid just stared at me...... didn't say anything. I asked to speak with someone else , he snickered and said who else do you want to talk to? I said a manager. ( the kid was wearing a black champion sweat shirt with no name tag). I asked to speak with another manager. This kid and another manager ( African American) then began to snicker and laugh at the fact that I was upset that waited 30 mins for my order and I didn't even get the full order. A few moments later a gentleman approached me and asked what was going on. I explained that I understood they were very busy and I did not want to be one of those people....but why when my order popped up was I not told they were not have frappes and instead they were going to let me walk out with no coffee. He offered to make me an iced coffee which I did take since I wasn't being offered anything else. I go to McDonald's frequently and was shock to see how these managers handled themselves. They had employees crying that they paid no mind to. I am very much considering not returning after this encounter.

Read moreThis location consistently has some of the most dismissive and lackluster staffing. I came in today to pick up a mobile order through the drive through, was asked to pull around and wait in front of the building for fresh nuggets, and I then waited 30 minutes before going inside and asking about my order to which I was told in a rushed tone “we’re working on it now it’ll be out soon” without the employee even going to actually check, they just brushed off my question without concern. I then went back to the car and waited an additional 25 minutes. The entire time I’ve been waiting mind you I watch as cars keep moving through the drive thru all with their food and as people walk into the store and leave with theirs, and yet there I’m sitting in the parking lot still waiting for my order. It’s rude, and ridiculous. Forgetting a persons order or doing your job wrong and handing it out to the wrong person is one thing, but refusing to actually help when you are addressed about the issue is so unprofessional and nobody should be expected to wait almost an hour total for 5 food items. The icing on the cake is that when I get home I come to find you made the order wrong! You were missing an item even after all that time, so not only did I wait an hour for McDonald’s but you failed to even get the order right after I repeated it to you...
Read moreCame here to keep the kid busy at the play area while waiting for my car tires to be replaced at Big O next door. The front of the restaurant has ZERO employees! No one at the register with all management hiding in the back running orders or doing anything other than helping customers.
I downloaded the McDonald's app and scanned it in the code at the stupid kiosk. Yes, kiosk... this location has NO ONE at the register and ONLY ONE kiosk!! I had issues with the kiosk and pressed the button for help since there was NO ONE up front to ask. After 5 minutes, another customer had to help me with my issue so they could use it to place an order. We never got the kiosk to credit my McDonald's account, so I'll be deleting that trash app. If I'm not getting the points, I don't have to have my email flooded.
Then we finally get our food and my kids Happy Meal is missing the toy and my meal didn't come with the Buffalo Sauce or any sauce that I asked and paid for... at least going to the counter to get those was fast and friendly. The manager finally started covering the front. Still no other employee to help.
Lastly, several employees saw the light on the kiosk and simply ignored it. Worst McDonald's visit. The bathrooms were meh also. Not filthy...
