Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florence

This place is terrible. The only good thing I can say is the staff is friendly. But the food is terrible. Ordered a thin crust supreme and showed up to pick it up at the estimated time It was supposed to be ready. The guy in the drive through said it hadn't even been put in the oven yet. So I drove back around front and waiting about 15 minutes more. Then I got the pizza, got home and it was a thin crust with only two toppings, it was extremely cold and hard. Tasted like it had been cooked an hour.

I called up the place and they were polite and credited my account for the order. I went back two days later to use my credit. Ordered a box deal that was supposed to have two medium pizzas, breadsticks and boneless wings. This order was even worse than the first one. The pizzas were again cold. They were pan pizzas and the sauce and cheese was basically piled in the middle of the crust. There was about 3 inches or more of crust around the edges with no toppings. The cheese wasnt even melted or done in the middle. The wings had a tiny bit of sauce on them, the chicken was tough, as if it had been cooked for a long time, and worst of all was the breadsticks. The breadsticks were like a brick. They HAD to have been hours old. They had cold, melted butter poured all over them with no spices or parmesan cheese, they weren't cut and there was literally an insect on them, trapped in the butter. The marinaria sauce was refrigerator cold. All of this entire order was inedible. It was disgusting.

I didnt bother calling back about this second order because I will never trust food from this place again. I would rather buy frozen pizza from the grocery store, at least I know it would be hot and probably not have...

They discriminate against people with disabilities. I started coming here with my service dog since I did a temporary move about 6 months ago. I come EVERY week, I’ve always been extremely polite and well spoken with any one here EVEN when they mess up the order and I drive 40 miles back home with the wrong order. Tonite an angry lady employee confronted me aggressively telling me I can’t have my service animal inside, this despite I come every week and he’s always with me, at the chairs of course, in his trained position until I tell him he’s released or to move. She then decided to keep on, and in fact turned out to not even be a manager but a regular employee. She then went in the back and starts calling from her phone numerous people and passing the cell phone to various team members to try to get them involved in what she started. Attempting to find out her name no one wanted to let me know so that I could actually bring this to the bosses attention later. I then made sure to call the pd to get a report done to start litigation. She then lied and attempted to paint me as the aggressor, as well as attempt to say I made a threat towards her which of course was not true, anything she can say to try to avoid taking responsibility for her ILLEGAL actions it appears. I did wind up speaking with the shift manager who was also there the last time I was there with my service animal and knows all about it and him and has never had any issue or anything to...

They are the worst. I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and received a credit because the oven apparently broke down. We waited almost 2 hours to get a pizza we didn't even order on crust as thin as a sheet of paper and the taste of cardboard. I called again attempting better service tonight and to use my credit. Seeing as that I am pregnant and did not want to get back out in the cold nor take my other child back out I thought this would be the perfect night for pizza. When I asked what the specials were she only gave me one, which of course happened to be the highest priced special they had. I proceeded to tell her I saw better specials on the Pizza Hut website than the only one she offered me. She told me they don't do the online specials and acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. They are highly unprofessional and if I could have given them a star below 1 I would have.
