Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Florence

I placed an order on the app for pick up at 2:05pm. When I arrived to pick up my order I had to wait in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. I would have left but having already paid on the app, I had no choice but to wait. By the time I finally got my food, it was cold. There was also a charge for an item that was a free promotional item from the app that day and on top of that I was missing part of my order. I did try to call the store about the incorrect charge and missing food but got no answer when I called.

Very disappointed in the whole experience at this location and will not be returning any time soon. I will also be warning others to choose the other location in Florence instead...

I don't know if it's just the night shift, but tonight marks the 3rd time I've been to this Sonic's and was charged extra for no reason at all. I don't generally go to this Sonic's location just because I've had so many bad experiences (not just with being overcharged). Go to the one off Florence Blvd, they are so much better. The workers at this location (night-shift primarily) seem to all be incompetent - even if they are training, I can't imagine how many people they've ripped off in just one month. Not to mention I only work 5 minutes away and every time I go through the drive through, I get to work and my food is cold! This is ridiculous. I don't think I will ever go to this...

If I'm stopping for fast food, I'll pick Sonic first. The variety of food and drink to choose from is second to none and no matter what I get, I enjoy my choice. My personal favorite with any selection are the chili cheese tots. I don't know what the secret ingredient is, but every bite is a party in my mouth. My next biggest reason for choosing Sonic is their variety of specialty beverages - shakes, lemon/lime-ades, and slushes always add that extra wow factor to a fast food visit.
