AKB, a hotel bar — Restaurant in Florham Park

Thursday April 25. Stoped after work for diner. Arrived around 5pm , sat at the bar ordered a cocktail and some food. Sat there for over an hour sipping on my cocktail , hungry waiting for food to arrived. My bartender Mike offered to check on it about 45 minutes later after I asked him to. He comes back with indifferent ( few minutes ) answer. I sat for another 15 minutes and finally just left. It was after 6pm When I was leaving I noticed no one at the whole place had any food served . I’m not sure what to say ,except if you hungry don’t go 😀 unless you willing...

If you’re staying at the Archer Hotel or even just passing through Parsippany, eat at AKB restaurants in the hotel! Unlike most hotel spots that serve greasy, overpriced fast food, this place offers actual chef-crafted meals — flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully plated.

Great cocktail menu too, and the vibe is both upscale and relaxed. Honestly, there’s no reason to look for food...

I would definitely come back. Came here for breakfast. Hospitality was on point, and ambiance exactly what we hoped for an easy weekend morning and more....
